This relates to my experience with requesting a repair of a kitchen range hood motor. They charged me for the initial visit and diagnostic, which is fine and was communicated prior to the visit - no problems there. The problems came after the visit in which I was told someone would contact me regarding a part that needed to be ordered and replaced. No one ever contacted me and it wasn't until I followed up multiple times that someone eventually called me after 2 weeks and left a message. The message was cut off and my attempts to call them back have been unsuccessful, as the number is not reachable now for some reason. I've also been texting with the technician on the side and I've been getting false updates from him. Keep in mind that the cost to do the diagnostic is meant to be included in the cost of the ultimate repair so I essentially paid money towards a service that was never performed with no offer of a resolution. I'd recommend avoiding this business if you value your time and money.

I'm removing my initial horrible post because the repair guy did contact me and explained the situation with his phone, hence he did not receivebmy calls or messages. Therefore, they were not avoiding me and I was not ripped off. He offered to rectify the issue which I am pleased with. I truly appreciate their willingness to do right by their customers.
