When our old Microwave stopped working. I called Vita for repair. Their technician came and patiently disassembled the complicated structure since it was connected to the range below. He thoroughly examined the old Microwave, instead of pushing me into costly repairs, he told me honestly that it would be more cost-effective to purchase a new Microwave.

Although it was just a $99 diagnostic visit, the Vita technician provided top notch professional service. I will definitely call them again for any appliance repairs/installations in the future.

This company is a total scam. They charge $95 for a diagnosis with no actual inspection, and then have the nerve to tell you it's not worth fixing if the parts are too expensive. The technician showed up in a basic vehicle with minimal tools and seemed completely lost. Before he even started, I was told I'd be charged $95 upfront, which would be deducted from the labor cost if I went through with the repair. If that wasn't enough, I was also on the hook for any parts I needed - and the technician basically told me to just buy a new freezer instead of wasting my time and money. The only English I heard him say was "discount", but he didn't even offer one. When he called someone else in, they spoke in their native language, which is unacceptable. Don't waste your time or money on this fly-by-night operation. They're straight-up scammers.
