Having a hard project. Are Washer dryer combo was not draining water properly and was hard to figure out what exactly was wrong with it. But, Vita Appliance service helped out wonderfully and got us back to doing laundry in no time! Highly suggest using them!

He was able to diagnose quickly and order the needed part to correct the problem. He was back later in the week as promised to replace the motor and get the fridge working properly. Vita repaired both our refrigerator and oven which both went out in the span of a couple weeks. They were honest and prompt. The only delay was waiting for the part to ship but that’s not their fault. Once the part arrived, they did the repair within one day. They advised us that fixing our older appliances is better than ordering new appliances as the older appliances are higher quality than the new ones, which have planned obsolescence. I’ve heard this from more than one source. Fingers crossed our repairs hold long-term!

I highly recommend Vita Appliance. I was dreading calling a repair person because I’ve had such an awful experience with dishonest repair people previously. Olzhas is prompt, polite, knowledgeable and honest. My dish washer actually was not broken. We did not program the settings properly. Rather than charging me for an expensive repair, he was honest, taught me how to set the machine properly, and did not charge me. I was beyond impressed with his integrity and professionalism. Infinitely better than other local repair services I’ve worked with.

Hi… We had a consult and it went great. OJ and the other gentleman (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name) came right when they said they would… Were very friendly and helpful. Did everything they could to asses the situation, even though we won’t be able to know mich until some Demo is completed . But my husband and I had a great feeling about them. Very professional and made us feel at ease.
