E&M is our go-to team for anything related to repairs for our apartment. Whether it is fixing the broken kitchen faucet, fixing broken tilework, or installing a dishwasher, no job is too small or too big. They are able to come immediately, so it's very much like having our very own super.

I had a drainage issue in my driveway because of recent heavy rains. Mike and his team undid the grills and cleared out all of the debris, dirt and vegetation that had accumulated over the years and clogged everything up. He tested the drain using a power hose and washed and power swept the entire 40’ foot driveway. I would recommend Mike and his team for any internal or external property issues. He does all jobs at a reasonable cost.

The E & M staff installed new wood floors in my apartment, they were very mindful that we were living here as the construction was going on. They were neat & clean and the work was excellent!

Mike's team handled my complete kitchen renovation professionally, on time and in budget. All aspects of the work were excellent, and the price was fair! Mike has done some smaller projects for me in the past from roofing to carpentry to plumbing, I definitely will use Mike again.
