Repaired part of my roof. I thought I needed a new roof but Moaiz recommended a partial repair. I used him before & I like his honesty, work & clean up.

Brickwork, reinforced front stairs and remodeled outside front stairs.
Work poorly done, still having water leaking. Very disappointed with work.
Extremely expensive, deserve better quality of work.
Work needs to be done over.

We worked with Dream Contracting Inc to update the exterior of our home and was very happy with their cement/stucco/stone work. Great craftsmanship and looking forward to working with them again on future projects.

Dream Contracting was one of four companies referred to me by Homeadvisor.com that provided estimates to me in November 2019 to fix an approximately 50’ badly cracked, sinking walkway on the side of our family’s house, a cracked section of sidewalk in the front of the house and various small repairs. All companies recommended a complete replacement of the side walkway and provided a range of prices with a difference of $1900 between the highest and lowest price. Dream Contracting’s price was second from the lowest.

I was impressed by their A+ Better Business Bureau rating, favorable Yelp reviews, and with how responsive Moaiz was to my questions and requests for copies of his nyc license and insurance. I also contacted a reference who used Dream Contracting and provided a stellar review.

I consulted with other family members and we decided to have Dream Contracting do the work. By then it was too cold for the work and then the pandemic hit in the spring. In September 2020 we reached out to them so we could get the work done when the weather was still favorable. They honored the original estimate. They completed the work in two days. On the first day none of our family could be there and Moaiz kept me, my cousin and brother informed by sending in-process photos and comments by text and telephone. We are very happy with the work and highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the fence replacement work Moaiz and his crew has done. My backyard fence was breaking and severally deteriorated. As this is not the first time I’ve used his services, he is always extremely professional and maintained social distancing guidelines. The transformation he made with the new fencing is phenomenal. I will always call him back for additional work I need done.

These guys are super professional and high quality.

I contracted with them to replace some sidewalk paving stones which were cracked, in violation with NYC Dept of Sidewalks. They took care of everything - getting the permit, replacing everything. Great communication, nice people, pleasure doing business with them.

When I had the inspection for the removal of the lien, the lady at DOT said the work was immaculate!

Moaiz and his team were extremely professional and diligent. They installed brick and blue stone steps, and also changed the pitch for my walkway. I texted him with a minor issue and he came back and fixed it! Great service and workmanship, I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I have already recommended to 2 neighbors who were both impressed with the job they did, and have hired them for different projects. I definitely plan to use them again in the future!

Extremely dependable, professional, and punctual contractor. They have completed numerous jobs in my home over the years, including bathroom renovations, installation of an ADA compliant wheelchair ramp, roof repair, exterior and interior painting, and several plumbing and electrical fixes. Highly recommended!

I’m really happy with the service I got! He came out, figured out the problem with the leaking pipe and faucet right away, and fixed it quickly. Super professional, honest, and easy to talk to. He also said if anything small comes up when he checks, he’ll just fix it with no extra charge. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. The worst location! Workers are so rude!

I went to buy a water filter for the refrigerator today at Home Depot it does not bring the adapter to install it. I have to go back to Home Depot for help, I find a young man his name is Robert , he help me out solved the problem ,I was surprised because most of the Home Depot have a bad service.

Employees are not helpful and hardly have a clue when ask about what you are looking for

Home depot customers beware! The parking lot has a designated parking section for a school that's on top of the store. Only, the signs that are posted are misleading. If you park there, you will be towed, and you'll have to pay a fee.
