Great work and professionalism displayed by Chris and his crew. They did all work in a timely manner and was upfront from the start on all aspects of work. I have done business with C n S many times and always receive first class service. I will continue to use them in the future.

Absolutely horrible! We are still finding issues with work that was
completed even though the whole job was never completed. On day 37 of
a 15 day build, he gave up and left me with a very expensive mess.
They are all nice enough guys, they have no idea what they are doing!
Update- They did come back and “resolve” a few complaints with sub par
work and after another company came in and completed the tile work. We
have been using the shower for a few weeks and a thin spot in the
grout gave in. Water went through the grout joint and onto the shower
pan. The shower pan that CNS construction installed did not hold a
thing causing a bigger water leak than we initially had which was the
cause of the remodel in the first place. I text Steve with the issue,
and he relayed back that CNS would not assist in the matter! Their
contract that he walked away from (breach of contract) that he was
double the estimated completion (breach of contract) and wanted twice
as much time to complete has now been breached again by not honoring
the warranty period. (Breach of contract). Buyer beware!!!

I wanted to use local company and they did the job.Great company with caring employees. I needed to replace IKEA cabinet doors, they made replacements and installed them. I also replaced shelves in deep cabinets with drawers which they made and installed. The drawers allow me to see all the items in the cabinet,they roll in and out so easily

Sylvio and crew have been excellent for us. They put in a beautiful oak staircase, custom built an entertainment wall/bookcase, made radiator covers and most recently custom built a steel plate to make our front door more secure.

Communication from the office is excellent and they work fast and clean up the jobsite well. Highly recommend this family operation.

I was very pleased with the work. The crew was careful, competent, and pleasant to deal with. The office was extremely responsive in answering questions and concerns. Design issues that arose unexpectedly were handled expertly and quickly by the office and crew. And small additions to the scope were added at reasonable cost. I highly recommend CNS.

CNS demolished an illegal addition, combined two illegal studios into a single apartment, and installed a new roof hatch in my Brooklyn brownstone. They were prompt, responsive, courteous, and made sure we discussed the scope and cost of change orders—never any surprise costs. The quality of their work was excellent. This is probably the 5th or 6th time I’ve used a contractor for work on one of my buildings in Brooklyn. I would use CNS again for any renovation work—I’ve finally found my trustworthy and reliable got-to contractor.

CNS did an AMAZING job renovating my condo. I've used other contractors before, and it was always really stressful, expensive, and sometimes the work wasn't that great. CNS made it easy, they did a great job and were done earlier than expected. Highly recommended !

Thank you for such great work and fast service. We had a bad leak from an apartment above us and needed to fix and repaint over the water damaged ceilings. CNS provided quick and efficient service with highest quality. We had an issue with the grout color choice on our kitchen floor and they fixed it immediately. We recommend them, great to work with.

Planning a down-to-the-beams kitchen renovation during pandemic supply issues may not have been the best idea. It was an arduous and time consuming job getting cabinets and appliances delivered.

Fortunately, I was working with CNS Construction. I have worked them on many projects and keep returning because they are simply the best.

They were flexible, within reason, about start dates. Once begun, they were on the job every day by 8 am. Problems arose and were solved handily, with great attention to detail. The project was finished within the estimated time. The estimate of costs was reasonable and the final cost included add-ones I requested along the way, but no other adjustments.

And best of all the results are stunning and I now have the kitchen of my dreams.

The work is beautiful and they are ON TIME! Silvio is a professional. He worked with me to design the bedroom shelving and closets that my wife and I wanted. He was honest about the time frame it would take to get started on the job, but was able to give a good ballpark for when it would start. Then, they started on time, finished early, and everything is gorgeous! We will be so happy to use our shelving and closets for years to come, and we think they add value to our home. Thanks CNS!

CNS completed a whole kitchen renovation for us in June 2020. They are a FANTASTIC team to work with.
- Great Customer Service: They have a physical office and someone always answers the phones or emails. Whenever I purchased an appliance, I sent a copy of the purchase and they made sure the plans were made accordingly. They were very quick to respond to urgent questions.
- Right on Schedule: Our kitchen renovation took exactly 4 weeks and that was really important because we were paying rent elsewhere for the duration of the project. They were RIGHT ON SCHEDULE.
- Very Professional: The whole crew were just such nice people with a great professional attitude. The crew was accommodating to adhoc changes and understanding.
- Great Project Management: Our renovation required multiple experts
-and CNS coordinated all experts seamlessly.
- Pride in their work: Each team member had a sense of responsibility and pride for the work that they did.
- Flexible: Our microwave arrived later than anticipated and they accommodated the installation right away even the overall job was completed.
Overall they were easy to work with, accommodating to our needs and additional requests, and made sure we were happy with the end results. Every step of the way we felt that we were in the hands of an expert crew. If we ever do another renovation, I wouldn't even consider getting bids again. We will be using CNS Construction. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I just finished a kitchen renovation with CNS and I am beyond delighted with the results. The kitchen looks beautiful, the work is excellent, and the process was as painless as a kitchen renovation could be. Silvio, the owner, was a gentleman, an honest businessman, and most important, a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough positive things about Jennifer, the Project Manager. She was super organized, easy to communicate with, and made everything flow smoothly and efficiently.

These guys were great! The managers were responsive and super helpful. The workers were not only professional, detailed, and incredibly competent, but they were also extremely nice and courteous people. Everyone was always masked, and tried to make everything as easy for us as possible during our recent kitchen renovation (the results of which you can see in the picture), which was finished in a timely manner. Would be more than happy to work with them again. It's great to find a trustworthy contractor in New York City.

We used CNS for a gut renovation of our primary bath, replacement of countertop/backsplash and a new island in our kitchen, and some other repairs. Silvio and his entire team were great to work with. They did beautiful work and were reliable and responsive. Jennifer in the office was also terrific and helped coordinate the job. I highly recommend CNS!

We used CNS to demolish some old closets that were so old that they weren't deep enough to accommodate hangers. CNS did a great job. They were thorough, took dust management really seriously, and the end product is just what we were looking for. Their price was fair and we didn't have any change orders. They were fairly accurate on timing and I'd happily work with them again.

I give IPN Constraction 5 stars, because it is very professional, reasonable, punctual. I used his company twice and I have been very satisfied each time. I would recommend him to friend and colleagues. He is also very friendly and respectful. he delivered where other contractors failed.
