Few years back we had moisture condensing on the furnace ducts in our basement and water crawling through basement foundation walls, which then formed a white sediment on many surfaces. Waterproofing around the building was very crucial. On the recommendation of a realtor friend and referred me to Citypro Construction. Arman came to do a thorough inspection of the chimney including use of a drone. He sent us a detailed report of the problems he found along with photos and a list of necessary corrections. There were many, many problems with the previous “repair” but Sean fixed them all and we had no more water leaks into the house. With his detailed report we were able to demand and get a full refund from the insurance company. Arman and his crew are knowledgeable, efficient, neat and responsive. Masonry and Brick Repair work was done outstandingly. We think they are great and plan to use them again for a walkway and other Brick repairs. You will not go wrong hiring Citypro Construction for waterproofing work, Recommended Contractors for all.

Sean and his team did an AMAZING job on my brownstone's cornices and facade. They are amazing professionals and kind people. It was a pleasure having them as contractors. Highly recommended!!!

Sean did work on the front and rear of my brownstone and I was extremely pleased with the results. He and his team replaced a damaged cornice, restored the stoop, and did stucco repair, painting and waterproofing as needed. His communication was excellent, and he seemed genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. All of his workers were unfailingly polite and always accommodating. I would highly recommend CityPro!

Our condo building hired City Pro Contracting for facade repair and cleaning. It turned out to be a big very job, but Sean the owner made it easy to tolerate. It was a pleasure working with him. He is extremely responsive and reliable. We had looked at a number of companies for the work and he emerged well over the others in terms of returning phone calls, explaining the scope of the work and why it was needed, and with providing written quotes that made sense. He came out to visit whenever we asked him and he met with us after hours. They did not cut corners and did quality work. The job was completed very close to the projected completion time. Any delays were due to weather and to third party vendors. Nonetheless, we were kept in the loop and work was back on track as soon as possible.

For any future renovations I need for my unit, I am personally keeping City Pro in mind. I am very pleased with the company and with working with Sean.

Sal was very good at working the schedule to insure that we have the work completed in time to move back in.

The people who work for Sal and who were on my job were mostly great, honest, detail-oriented, smart, and quick. They gutted a crummy studio and turned it into a lovely home for me. 6 years later, it looks brand new! BUT!! He ran late, and didn't finish the paperwork with the city, which created BIG problems when I wanted to sell. And you need to get everything in writing - T's crossed and I's dotted!!

We decided to go with Cresco after getting proposals from them and other contractors. We are very happy that we did. Sal and his brother Nick are extremely knowledgeable (they covered issues in a “no nonsense” kind of way), creative (found cost effective solutions to difficult problems), fair in their pricing, responsive (either Sal or Nick would always get back to me within an hour or two of my call), thorough (they painted the interior and exterior of our extensive floor to ceiling bookshelves and cabinets when other contractors only offered to paint the exterior at a higher price) and practical in their approach. Sal and Nick are also a real pleasure to work with.
