Summan rahman came and did my roof to fix and he did an amazing job. He fixed the gutter as well on Friday. He came and finished the job over the weekend as convenient for me as possible. I would recommend him to do it again.

Everything went well with the project. I had several small things that needed to be done to seal leaks where water and air was coming into the house. I also needed to replace 2 glass blocks that had cracked in the facade of the house. The project was completed in a timely fashion (one day) and Rahman and his worker were pleasant to work with and cleaned up well after they finished. They even repaired some crumbling cement areas on my porch and sidewalk for free, which was a nice surprise being that it wasn't part of what I hired them to do.

They can to repair our side walk in front of our business! Very professional and great quality work. Highly recommend their services!

Rahman and his crew at S&R did work on our brownstone in Brooklyn. They did repairs and sealing on a small flat roof, and refinished and double sealed the entire back side of the building (3 stories). They did an excellent job and I highly recommend you consider this company for work on your home. They are A-1.

It was a pleasure working with Rahman and team. They dug around and sealed my home foundation from water, paved the backyard with concrete and laid paver stones, put up a beautiful fence, and built a top notch deck. Rahman did an exceptional job on all the projects we hired him for. We actually hired him twice because we were so satisfied with the first job. Rahman and his team fixed a leak in our roof, redid our entire roofing, fixed all the cracks in the back of our building, and repainted it. He also repaired the window frame in our apartment that was damaged from leaking water and repainted that as well. Then we hired him again to scrape and repaint our gates and front door. He was reliable, fast and very kind. He always checked in with us and made sure we were happy with his work. Thank you!

I had water leaking into my basement after a heavy rainfall. S &R construction analyzed and solved the problem in a very neat and professional manner. They have also provided curb appeal by doing excellent work on the brickwork in the front of my home. Since working on my home, they have been employed by several of my neighbors whom all seem to be happy with their work. I would recommend them without hesitation. Rahman is honest and personable.

The roof repair Rahman team came and inspected my roof fix several leaks that were coming in through my ceiling. They are professionals,really took their time to explain what needs to be done, and only repaired what was necessary. Very reliable, and answered all my calls he made me feel at ease before,during and after the repair process. I highly recommend them.

I was really impressed with the workmanship of S&R General Construction NYC Corp. I hired this company to repair my bathroom ceiling (the neighbour's water from upstairs had leaked and came down a section of the ceiling, so everything connected to this he fixed including the light fixture and switch), living room ceiling (it was cracked and unleveled) and to insulate the section underneath outside my bay windows from the cold. I am very happy to say that the work was finished on time and to is my liking. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely hire them again.

Unprofessional experience overall. The quality of work did not match what was promised, and customer support was not helpful after payment. I expected much better service.

Rahman was very responsive with getting me an estimate. He came quickly after we booked him. He and his team did a great job with chipping away our old cement on our balcony and nicely laying new cement with a correct pitch for water drainage. Rahman and his team were friendly and cleaned up after. The balcony looks great now. He also caulked the sliding door and fixed some old mortar between the bricks. See before and after photos.

S & R provided top notch work on our patio in Brooklyn. The concrete was cracked and needed to be removed, and the old stonework separating the flower beds from the paths was a mess. Rahman and his crew expertly re-poured the pathways ad straightened all the stonework so it looks perfect. They sloped it correctly to the drain and also added coats of stucco to an old bring wall. The craftsmanship with cement is remarkable. They were timely and reasonable cost. This is the second time working with S & R--always excellent results.
