After roof was finished a few months later it rained and water pockets filled in different areas of the roof I called they said it didn’t matter as long as it didn’t leak and when I called again they just never picked up my phone calls. After a few months after that my roof is leaking I called they answered but it’s been over a month and every week they say there going to come and fix it and they don’t. Now if I patch it myself it voids the warranty they have on the roof so I have to keep calling and they never show

Citypro just completed a job for me to restore my exterior facade. Out of all the brownstone restoration contractors ive consulted with. They were who I felt who was most honest and realistic with the price and time frame. All though they were not the cheapest. I decided to go with them. The owner Arman was very helpful responsive and was at the job site daily which is a huge plus because most contractors the owners maybe come 1-2 times a week or every few days. They completed my job thank god with no hiccups and I believe i got the most bang for my buck dealing with them. I re did my exterior facade, new stairs as well as bluestone tiles for my front yard.
