We're extremely dissatisfied with our decision to switch to the Gree+system after installation. Our electric bill has skyrocketed to nearly $1,500 per month this winter, which is utterly unacceptable. To make matters worse, the system hasn't been able to properly heat all the rooms, leaving us feeling uncomfortable in our own home.

This has been one of the worst decisions we've made regarding our home, as we expected better efficiency and comfort from the upgraded system but got the opposite. We're now requesting that this system be removed and replaced with the previous heating system we had.
