Always On Green Home

We're extremely dissatisfied with our decision to switch to the Gree+system after installation. Our electric bill has skyrocketed to nearly $1,500 per month this winter, which is utterly unacceptable. To make matters worse, the system hasn't been able to properly heat all the rooms, leaving us feeling uncomfortable in our own home.

This has been one of the worst decisions we've made regarding our home, as we expected better efficiency and comfort from the upgraded system but got the opposite. We're now requesting that this system be removed and replaced with the previous heating system we had. We'd appreciate prompt attention to resolving this issue and discussing the next steps to correct the situation.

I think this business should be shut down. They lack experience in their line of work and didn't do a thorough job, only drilling holes around my house without explanation. Communication was non-existent; they couldn't even walk me through what they were doing. The water heater's not working properly, but they're still getting paid by the city for this subpar service. I'm now left shivering in an unheated home with no idea why they bothered coming in. To make matters worse, I've had to hire a private contractor to clean up the mess they created and resolve the issue myself.
