We're extremely dissatisfied with our decision to switch to the Gree+system after installation. I think this business should be shut down. They lack experience in their line of work and didn't do a thorough job, only drilling holes around my house without explanation. Communication was non-existent; they couldn't even walk me through what they were doing. The water heater's not working properly, but they're still getting paid by the city for this subpar service. I'm now left shivering in an unheated home with no idea why they bothered coming in. To make matters worse, I've had to hire a private contractor to clean up the mess they created and resolve the issue myself.
