Rob and his crew did a phenomenal and very professional job excavating a trench in the front yard to install an electrical conduit. The job was tricky since there was already finished landscaping from a prior project, but he protected the existing structures and retiled such that we can’t even tell work was done. Highly recommend.

We went with Negliaccio Improvements to finish a basement. Rob was a pleasure to work with (nice, trustworthy, straightforward) and the entire process was painless. The crew worked diligently and the project finished within the time frame given (maybe even sooner). No hiccups, no stress, and we are pleased with how everything turned out.

I have seen so many of his projects his work is Amazing . He built a House for a friend of mine from the ground up . He knows everything there is to know when it comes to new construction and walk around after the house is done its very hard to find an imperfection in his work . He is Super Professional. We had our flat roof replaced due to ongoing leaks over many years and repeated patch repairs that were essentially just temporary fixes and never delivered lasting results. This was on our multi-use commercial property on 4th Avenue in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Kings Queens Roofing provided the best price out of 3 quotes I received. Mike managed the entire project, and the crew showed up early and completed everything in just one day.

The scope included a full tear-off, new plywood decking, insulation added in the attic/crawl space area, 3 inches of ISO board, and a two-ply SBS granulated modified bitumen roofing system. They also properly sealed around the AC unit with new pitch pockets and liquid flashing, and installed new roof vents. No issues since overall a great experience. Called Kings Queens Roofing , mike came out and handled everything as project manager, professional, easy to work with, knew his stuff.
