Working with William was amazing. I'm used to contractors searching for short cuts and being non communicative, but he was the total opposite. He worked quickly and diligently and was very knowledgeable. He was able to completely remodel my restaurant in a month. He probably could have done it in 3 weeks if there weren't a few hiccups. He was also super communicative and appreciated making a beautiful final product. Icing on the cake is he was really accessible and accommodating to fix small issues and do finishing touches for us--- like hanging shelves and installing signage. There was a leak in my shower that ran through the basement ceiling, and needed an emergency repair as this was my family’s main bathroom. I spoke to several contractors and pricing was all within range of one another and all of them were able to explain how the previous contractor screwed up the original bathroom renovation.

I ultimately went with William and his team because he was the most responsive by providing photos and pictures of another shower build and to any questions, I had about the Kerdi shower system. Even when the work was in progress, he did not have any issues with questions that I had and explained everything that they were doing.

William and his team (shout out to Orlando) did a fantastic job. Throughout the entire process, starting from the detailed estimate, providing photos/videos of previous work done, and answering questions during the repair process they made a stressful situation stress-free.

William has done a fantastic job completely renovating the 2 bedroom apartment. He replaced the whole kitchen with a modern, high-quality design. He revamp the whole electrical system, adding a control panel, so that the apartment can take withstand multiple appliances uses. He replaced the flooring in most of the apartment, replacing the carpet in the bedrooms and living room and tiles in the kitchen with high-quality wood vinyl flooring. Replace the bathroom sink with a modern one. He made the pink bathtub white. He paints the whole apartment with high-quality paint, not cheap paint. He replaced all the door locks with new ones. He goes far and beyond what you expect for the budget. He responds to any concerns, no matter how small.
