We needed some safety enhancements at our apartment. Installation of handrails, small ramps, a shower bar and a staircase gate. Rainbow provided excellent service. The workers were methodical, careful and very pleasant. The final result was just what we wanted. Everything was cleaned up nicely too. Would highly recommend.

Rainbow Restoration provided excellent service during a very difficult time: my apartment was broken into, set ablaze and completely trashed. David, the owner, worked extremely hard to get my insurance to authorize remediation of both Fire and Water damage. I got on the schedule very quickly and on a day that was convenient for me. The workmen were kind, calm and very hard-working. In a crisis like this, I feel very lucky to have had access to the full range of services that Rainbow Restoration offered. I highly recommend this crew of professionals.

A fire next door to my home had a fire. The smoke from the fire affected my home severely. I have a husband and three children, with most of us having respiratory conditions. I contacted my insurance company, and they sent Rainbow Restoration. At first I was skeptical they would be able to get rid of the smell. Rainbow did an excellent job cleaning our home and using the help filters to get rid of the smell. The team was on time and extremely efficient at how they managed me and my property. Our home smells soooooooo much better and my husband and I are happy with the response. I never write reviews, but I feel genuinely compelled to in this case. After significant water damage to my apartment in Brooklyn, I worked with Rainbow Restoration and Rendolph to completely replace my wood floors, including baseboards and drywall.

Rendolph’s professionalism, calm demeanor, and deep expertise—especially his knowledge of the insurance process—made navigating the situation with my provider seamless. He not only coordinated everything efficiently, but also gave me much-needed perspective throughout. I had initially started mitigation with one of the biggest name-brand vendors, and I deeply regret not calling Rainbow from the start. The difference in care, communication, and follow-through was profound.

I called Friday afternoon for sewage cleanup in my basement; David immediately answered the phone, got me a quote within minutes, and had his team there first thing the next day, exactly on time (on a Saturday!). David and his team then went above and beyond during the cleanup as well, and cleaned up all the debris in our basement. It has never looked better. A couple of days before Thanksgiving, I had sewage backup into my basement as the pipe that takes the sewage was broken due to tree roots! I contacted the insurance company which was about 7-730 pm and they sent Rainbow Restoration of North Brooklyn. That’s where I met David, who is in charge. He came out to the house within the hour, accessed the damage caused by the sewage, took pictures and explained to me what his company will do to mitigate the problem I had facing me! He told me that the crew will be at my home first thing in the morning! As stated, they arrived early the morning! They were punctual, professional, moved and secured the furniture, explained what has to be done and started to work! They did an excellent job! When they were finished, the basement was clean, the foul sewage smell was not there! They also treated the place for mold, in which I was concerned about! David and his team were great with me, a person who was very upset of what had happened and wondering if the basement would be the same, and they accomplished that! I thank Rainbow Restoration of North Brooklyn for the fantastic job they did and for bringing my basement back to life!!!
