After dealing with multiple contractors and having increasingly negative interactions and experiences with each I was referred to Agro Construction- a true blessing in every sense of the word.
From the start, Kevin was responsive, courteous and honest. He walked myself and my wife through every step of the process, assisted us in choosing the right materials for the job and laid out the proper design for everything we dreamt of and more. No pressure- no stress. He even helped save us a ton of money by finding creative ways to accomplish exactly what we were looking for without having to dramatically change the layout of our home. He and his staff were neat, respectful and worked diligently and quickly to complete our first project. We were blown away by the finished product and so happy with it that we decided to have him remodel the rest of our home. People who saw the before and after results thought we spent a fortune, (not even close) especially upon seeing the detailed, custom finishing work that he so carefully completed. This man is a gem- his work is beyond compare and I guarantee you that once your job is complete he will become part of your family. Trust me in saying that you’ll look for more projects to complete just to have the level of perfection that he attains. Save yourself money and stress by choosing Agro Construction- true professionals- they are licensed and insured and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Agro construction was by far the best contractor I have ever used. He and his staff are knowledgeable in all aspects of home remodeling. I was very well advised by Agro, meaning his recommendation on things like insulation, electric, plumbing and flooring were 100% spot on and in fact saved me money in certain areas.
He and his staff possess the “know how” that’s need to get the job done. This resulted in less demolition and less mess. Agro remodeled my entire attic which included insulation, sheet rock, electric, a bathroom, flooring, windows, framing and a stair case remodel.

Best contractor I’ve ever worked with. Kevin and Steve are very thorough and have attention to detail. I remodeled a kitchen and two bathrooms. As a homeowner, when trust is a primary factor, I highly recommend Agro Construction.

I had a great experience with Kevin and Agro construction. Kevin did wainscoting, crown molding, hi hats, light fixture/chandelier installation and painting when I moved into my new home. He did an excellent job and I recommended him without a doubt. His prices where fair and his work was excellent. I had Danny and Tee come out to completely redo our back yard in ditmas Park brooklyn. Got 5 quotes. These guys were not cheapest nor the most expensive. But they asked all the right questions. They did a great job. We used 600sq ft of Bluestone and it has transformed our yard. They were great to work with.

T and his sons did an excellent job installing our patio. They work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality a bit. They know what they are doing and it shows. I would highly recommend them for this type of project.

As a homeowner of more than 15 years, I've had my share of contractor woes. So when I needed my front yard and sidewalk cemented, I didn't just get bids but I also paid attention to HOW the contractors interacted with me. Spoiler alert: New York Unique Contracting is top notch and I would use their services again in a heartbeat. Absolutely one of my best experiences with a contractor.

Out of 10 contractors that I contacted about the job, New York Unique stood above the rest for their customer service, construction knowledge, organization, and quality work. Tee knows how to run a business. He is a punctual man of his word and very reasonable with his pricing. When he wasn't available his sons, Danny & Adil, stepped right in and made sure everything went smoothly and on time.

My front yard was completed to the specifications we laid out and Tee handled getting the permit with ease. They also worked with my schedule so that someone stayed on premises to make sure no one damaged the wet cement until I could return. My satisfaction with the work done on my front yard was so high that I immediately secured their services to clear and repair my backyard as well. Their crews are so quick and efficient that they finished both jobs way ahead of schedule. I am thrilled with the quality of the work they did on my yards and am more than happy to vouch for their professionalism and fantastic work.
