Elton came same-day, examined the space, and explained the issues. He quoted a reasonable price and he got to work the next good-weather day. We were pleased with the work.

Elton came by to address some leaks on a roof in our Brooklyn brownstone. He added some flashing and sealed up the facade and windows were leaks were coming in. He was super responsive and friendly all along, very knowledgeable and extremely professional in his delivery of service (real invoices, insurance, on-time and left everything clean and tidy).

2nd Payment and same day he text message he is going to quit the job as he want now more $$ amount as it stated in contract and no work warranty provided
