Frank construction did a complete remodeling of our basement. He was on time, cost-effective, well organized, his workmanship was superb! He estimated 6 weeks and miraculously finished in 3 weeks.
I then used him for two more projects. Painting interior walls of my entire house and repaired my ceiling in another apartment. I highly recommend Frank Construction.

Frank is the best! I was looking for someone who can build a custom closet in our apartment and Frank was the only one who did it exactly how we wanted at a great speed! Will definitely use him again for any other future projects

Progressive was hired to repair and paint the rear of my facade fix lintels and sill and fill gaps between windows and concrete
The repair work was lumpy and patchy
The sills are uneven. The paint job was sloppy. They did not fill the gap between window and concrete but instead filled it with a wide strip of caulking with no attention . To making straight lines
They gut paint all over the neighbors lider and did not remedy that either
When I asked them to resolve these issues they acted as if they didn’t understand

We hired this company to redo the brownstone on our facade. The initial work was good but it has since broken away and is chipping off in large chunks. Not sure what happened but it seems premature for it to be breaking off just a few years in. I've reached out several times to see how we can correct the work but have not been able to get in touch with the team.

We had our sidewalk in Brooklyn redone as it was a hazard and the work that was done was absolutely first class. Of all the bids- we loved working with Progressive— they were straight forward and clear and so easy to deal with and communicate with— no hidden expenses— they did all the permit work and the results are so beautiful and elegant. The whole process was a joy.

Exterior repair and painting of building including steps. Very professional, fast service, friendly workers. At the end of each workday the property was swept clean. We were amazed at how quickly the work was done and they supplied additional paint for touch ups. We highly recommend them. They do not disappoint!

Mohammad Hossain and his team at Progressive Contracting did a fantastic job of repointing the foundation and fireproofing the ceiling in the basement of our Park Slope brownstone. Work began a two days after his original visit. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided daily photos of each day's progress. They arrived promptly every morning and respected our coop's rules of construction. They are licenced and insured.

Where to start. First I shopped about 4 different contractors to restore my crumbling brownstone stoop. A couple crazy expensive estimates and one suspiciously low. Progressives price was right on target, and Mohammed was super responsive. The team they had working on my stoop restoration was respectful to me and my neighbors, clean, and did an impeccable job. Any questions I had were answered immediately throughout the process. I literally walk home and it puts a smile on my face to look at my stoop. Will post an updated review once a few years have gone by, as that would be be the true final test :)

We hired Progressive Contracting to apply aluminum coating and fix a leaky roof. They also power washed our floors and applied concrete coating. The floor looks great! There was a few leak spots still on our roof but Mohammad came and fixed it right away. His customer service is GREAT. His prices are very reasonable too. We know who to call next time!

We had a great experience working with Mohammed and his team. Mohammed was extremely responsive, and quick to schedule and complete our job (stripping old peeling paint off the rear facade of our house, fixing our gutter, and repainting the back with thorocoat). The job was done within a week, including some off days caused by rain). We're very happy with the result.

Mohammad and Progressive Contracting did incredible, detailed work on my brownstone at an excellent price with lightning speed. Most amazing was that they came back to do some needed followup *after* they had been fully paid. This may well be a first in contractor history! This sort of integrity makes all the difference.
