Shiloh and the DCON team did a great job on my mid-century fixer-upper. Full renovation including garden apartment. Even when issues came up Shiloh was flexible and very communicative. I definitely recommend!

Amazing! I was hesitant about remodeling my kitchen only because I've heard horror stories about unfinished work. I heard about Dcon Renovations through a neighbor and they far exceeded all of my expectations. From the initial estimate to the final outcome, Dcon Renovations has been professional, detail oriented and just amazing! They were on time and delivered everything they promised and more! The quality of their work is super and their customer relations was more than expected! I had friends and family over for the holidays and my kitchen was the focus of my home. I helped relatives out in Brooklyn, NY and researched remodeling companies in the area. DCON handled the project very professionally and communication (which is important to me) was top notch through the project. They were Covid-19 complaint, affordable, reliable, and my in-laws loved their bathroom renovation. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I was calling around a few places and accidentally dialed this number. A guy called me back and since I had him on the phone and saw there were good reviews, I told him my budget for the countertops in my small kitchen. He replied with the most dripping condescension imaginable, "We would NOT work in that budget!" I mean, it's a decent budget, and others have quoted me in that arena. I guess call this place if you want to spend a ton of money for countertops.

Apologize for a little delayed review- We had a very pleasant renovation project with Dcon. We finally got our first apartment and need to do the kitchen remodeling as it’s over 14yrs styled kitchen.
It was late Fall, and I searched so many reviews, companies, asking friends for recommendations, all warning about the contractors. After the careful reviews, found Dcon, as they were not far from our new home, and liked they’re local and decided to give a call for quote.
From the moment I was on the phone with David-owner, it was somehow gave me the trust, didn’t give me any BS or over promising, attention to details, patient to give me all explanations that I’m not familiar with all the terms with renovation, I liked him a lot. My husband met him for quote in our new home, and the initial quote was more than we anticipated-mainly due to the pandemic pricing sadly. But we’ve decided to go with Dcon after checking with other contractors. They were available as our calendar and we worked around, were able to compromise to do the half remodeling of the kitchen.
From the day one, Issac and Mike with his crews were very through all details, and always on time, they understood our needs for accommodating our moving in the middle of renovation, very helpful. When I wanted to add more details or other helps, always straight forward and double check all the small adds with me all the time! Always available for answers of my questions, we were able to go through the renovation while we’re living with it. Even with only partial renovation, my kitchen looked almost brand new at the end, I’m so happy with the result, and definitely recommending these guys for Any other projects! Mike puts all final walkthroughs with careful eyes and pointing out little things to patch up!
I still have to do the rest of the kitchen sooner or later, as well as bathrooms, and I know where we go for it again :)

I hired DCON Renovations awhile back to remodel my Apartment in NYC. They handled the building approvals and were involved every step of the way. They collaborated with my designer and really went the extra mile. I'm truly happy with the quality work they provided. If I have any issues or questions they are around and available. The whole team has a great energy and my remodeling experience was great. I'd recommend them right away to anyone looking for a great contractor!

We recently completed a kitchen addition and partial remodel, including the construction of our master bedroom and a large deck. After meeting with a few contractors, We decided to hire dcon renovations & remodeling for the job. David was extremely professional. His quote was very reasonable, he helped me find the right architect at a great rate to help us out with the zoning and obtaining permits.

After signing a contract, I was in touch with Michelle who helped me with the finish design selections.

David went out of his way to make sure everything was completed on time, properly, and on budget. His foreman and crew were very professional and made sure to clean up everyday after working.

Just finished a major remodel with David from DCON and his crew. All new floors in the first floor, as well as, kitchen and bathroom remodels down to the studs and back. We are detailed people, and David was all about getting the details exactly how we wanted them. David's crews, particularly Sabino, were great to work with, and very flexible. All changes/ additions to the project that we requested as the project went on were priced fairly, and executed perfectly. David also worked his schedules around two other crews that weren't his (windows installers and home smart system company) with great professionalism. Above all, the communication was excellent, so any concerns that arose were quickly resolved. When we chose DCON, we did so because we believed that David would not only execute the contract, but he would also be dedicated to making sure we loved it, and we do.

I'm impressed by the team I had for my apartment remodel project. The project was always clean and I was getting updates from DCON all the time. Bill did a great job with the Kitchen design and as so did all the vendors they hired on my behalf. I recommend them to anyone who wants to remodel with peace of mind. :)

Dcon Remodeling completed a major renovation to my home in Bayridge Brooklyn. They did an excellent job throughout the project, a complete gut to our kitchen and bathroom. The team was professional and had great communication. The project manager Isaac ensured all expectations were met at the completion. A true thank you to the team that did my project! I own an apartment in Brooklyn and needed to determine the cost and efficacy of remodeling the entire unit. Because I live out of state, I relied on reviews and subsequent contractor meetings at the apartment. I set my budget and the extent of the remodeling project. When I concluded with DCON, I was extremely satisfied with the work ethic, the recommendations and the cost. I was exceptionally pleased that my service as veteran was taken into consideration in the overall cost. I proceeded with DCON on project that included full renovations for two bathrooms, a completed remodeled kitchen with exceptional cabinets, installation of top hat lighting and fans, installation of new doors throughout, painting of all walls and ceilings, replacement of floor heating elements, installation of TVS, and a complete wall cabinet unit. This occurred three years ago and I still thank David at DCON for how impressive my unit looks. This service didn't stop when the project was completed. I had some additional projects that surfaced during the renovation and David accommodated these requests. Working with DCON on tile, paint, light and plumbing fixtures, shower fixtures and fans was a pleasure. I didn't think I was being overpriced. Even today, DCON has accommodated touch up work due to pets and some internal building issues. DCON has my hearty endorsement for full remodeling projects.

I have used this company twice in the span of 6 years. They were originally recommended by a friend of mine who RAVED about David and his team. Both times, the quality of their work, their incredible customer service, and their very reasonable pricing was OUTSTANDING!!! The first time they redid my kitchen. They completely upgraded it and has been the favorite feature of my house for the last 6 years, I absolutely enjoy it every single day. Last year I had them back to redo the master suite. The spaces that they improve are just absolute night and day from what they were like before. I wouldn't trust anyone other than David with my remodeling work. Oh, and his employees must LOVE him too, I actually had the same exact installer, 6 years later!!! They work so quickly, and do a complete, thorough and professional job. While I have done other remodeling projects in my previous home, dealing with DCON Renovation was a pleasant experience to say the least. Isaac was very personable and mindful of my crazy schedule, even going the extra mile to deliver countertop samples to my place when I was not home.
