I used ACR contractors to renovate my apartment after a flood from the holidays. Al has been wonderful in communicating with me the renovation progress and keeping me in the loop. I checked in with their work periodically during the renovation period and the detail of the work is incredible.

I had brand new flooring installed, and the details on the corners are great.

They even cleaned up as much compound and renovation dust as possible for me after the job was finished. Al checked in on me after as well to ensure I was happy with the work.

If you want honest hard working contractors for your renovation needs, ACR is the one to choose!

Glad I went with ACR Pro! Al, Junior and their team did a great job fixing my bathroom. It was improperly installed by the original contractor and ACR Pro fixed it all so now everything looks great and works properly. I also really appreciated all their suggestions on which products to get. Even at the end, they cleaned up everything and things were better than before. Very educational process and I highly recommend them!

Working with ACR was a joy from start to finish. Al popped by and performed the initial inspection and quickly provided a thorough estimate of work and cost. His team was able to start the next week and did a wonderful job. They showed up on time every day, made sure to protect the floors and cover our furniture, and were genuinely friendly and professional the entire time. Expect the crew to have LOTS of experience and knowledge, which they're more than willing to share if you ask.

I cannot stop looking at the end result. You would never know we had a leak in the first place.

I can't say enough good things about Al, Junior, and Miguel. We had our bathroom totally renovated including a new tub, lights, toilet, vanity, and floor to ceiling tiles. Al was a great communicator throughout the job and the work was done on time and within the budget. He even came at the end to inspect the work and had some of the tiles redone to his satisfaction. This was our first experience doing work on our apartment and it couldn't have gone better. Will definitely call them again for future projects.

I used Greenpoint construction to redo my brownstone steps and they did an amazing job. My steps were basically falling apart. They drilled down to the bone and took their time laying the brownstone down to ensure no ripples or lumps and bumps. My steps look amazing!!!! They also painted the railing and the fence for me. Great job. Would definitely use them again and I’ve used a few contractors!!!

Licensed, insured and did work on my building to replace the drain (pictured) and seal some holes around windows on the front-side of the building which were leaking. Work was done quickly and happy with the result. Thanks a lot.

We hired Greenpoint Construction to repair and reconstruct parts of the front of our building.
Our building was built circa1908 and restored in the 1980’s. Some of the more unique work included repairing the front exterior entrance to reflect its original design.
The two side walls of the front exterior stairs were repaired with wire mesh and an underlying masonry surface, but rather than following the restored outline, they were able to recreate the original look.
As with the brownstone entry columns, that had eroded over time, they were asked to shape it to the original profile – they did a fantastic job. And when we had difficulty designing an extension to the handrail, Greenpoint was very thorough in offering us a few design options.
Overall, the group was great to work with. Management made sure that we were satisfied with each section as the work was completed and their team patiently worked around the residents that came in and out of the building all day long.
We look forward to having them back to work on other parts of our building. Thank you Green Point!

I am very pleased with the roofing job. I don’t lived at the property but every effort was made to protect my tenants and property. I received texts and pictures of the job at different points. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up daily and they repaired the damaged attic ceiling promptly when notified. I’ll recommend Green Point Construction and will use them for future projects.
