Shafayet and his team are wonderful, professional and reliable! They are also kind and neighborly, which is so important when working in NYC buildings.

Our brownstone coop hired Multi to paint the building and repair wood molding. Their price was competitive but what really made us appreciate Multi was that they always did what they said. Their hands-on owner, Shafayet, was responsive and fully transparent, and even asked for a meeting when he sensed a disconnect regarding our expectations and the treatment we chose. For credibility we might say that his people are skilled, but that it's important to take care to monitor scaffolding people, whom Multi doesn't supervise.

In our view he turned out to be exactly what we were hoping to find -- instead of IBM, a local, smallish outfit that led with scrappiness and responsiveness.

We utilized the services of Multi Construction over a year ago to renew our aging home. Although the process became extended due to NYC DOB bureaucracy, we absolutely LOVED the quality of the work performed and the professionalism of the employees! We’d HIGHLY recommend Multi Construction to anyone looking to beautify their property.

We had Multi-Construction Co. fortify our Brooklyn townhouse basement, open up our back wall for enlarged windows, re-do our patio and construct a wraparound fence. The team were consistently on-time, hard-working, highly professional, cleaned up after themselves and produced great results. We're extremely happy with the end results and would happily recommend them!

I had a great experience with Shafayet and his team. We hired Multi to renovate our apartment and we were very pleased with the results. Shafayet's bid came in at a very reasonable rate compared to similar contractors. He was very professional, as were his sub-contractors. During the engagement, he was very accommodating to our situation. We chose to remain in the apartment while construction was ongoing, and his team made sure that we were not disturbed, and went out of the way to prevent dust from entering our living area. Shafayet was open to suggestions, his change orders were reasonably priced and his team often went above and beyond what was agreed (painting extra rooms and such) as our needs evolved. Overall, I recommend Shafayet and the Multi-construction team and we would hire him again for future projects.

Shafayet and his crew were very professional. We did a full gut renovation of our dining room, living room and flooring. I am happy with the quality of work done and would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Shafayet and his team at Multi Construction. The job was an extensive gut and renovation of a 100+ year old five story building. The work included structural work to repair / replace old decaying beams and to add new support beams. The work included the relocation of 2 full new kitchens; all new internal plumbing; an upgraded electrical system; and the installation of split air conditioning systems throughout all 5 floors.

The millwork / finishing / painting done by his team were meticulous, and we ended up 2 beautiful new apartments - a triplex with 2 bedrooms 2 baths, and a duplex with 2 bedrooms / 2 baths.

Shafayet was always responsive to our inquiries / requests and provided solutions to the many problems that were encountered in a project of this size. He also coordinated well with the architect and third party vendors that were involved in this project too.

His bid for the job was very reasonable compared to the bids of 4 other general contractors. Great value overall!

We hired Pro Reno in 2022 to finish a renovation for a landmarked one family house in Sunnyside Gardens, Queens. Shafayet put together a great team and we felt we were in good hands. They were professional, showed up and understood the job and finished in a timely manner. It was easy to communicate with Shafayet and his team. The change orders were very reasonable. After the main work was completed, we got them back for a smaller repair for our porch stairs and insulation work. We were really happy to work with them and would hire them again. Highly recommend.

Shafayet and his crew did an amazing job with my kitchen and living room renovations. They were able to manage through and find solutions for some quirky aspects of an old building and their attention to detail really did wonders for the space. Highly recommended if you want quality work done.

Saiful and his team were great! They did masonry work, painting and repaired a roof for me. They were on schedule, hardworking and cleaned up the job site each day before leaving. I will have them work again for me when I need housing repairs.

Needed work doing on the back walls of 2 houses - repointing and repainting, and repairs to the floor in one of the the basements. Saiful came by, inspected the job site, took measurements and came up with a work plan and a very reasonable quote.
Work experience was very good - Saiful and his team were punctual, set up and did the work with minimal disruption to our lives and in a timely way. They cleaned up and took away all garbage when they finished. jJob looks great, would use Saiful and his team again.

Saiful did several large jobs for me, including roof work, concreting, and painting. Very communicative and responsive, reasonable prices and timely work output. Would highly recommend him. Communication is absolutely key and during such a busy time for contractors in New York, he was excellent on that front.

We were taking water coming through the stucco on our extension. We had caulking everywhere to fill in cracks in the exterior. Saiful and his team did a great job resurfacing the entire extension. Two layers of cement and a waterproofing top coat. And a very nice looking finished product. His team spent over a month in our home and they were very careful to keep it clean while they worked and when they were finished. They spent significant time working in my neighbors yards on both sides and made sure to leave them undisturbed as well.

Saiphil is attentive, very reasonably priced and reliable. He will do what’s best for your project and budget. He re-did our pavement in the Bronx recently and it was top notch.
