Yan and crew did an amazing job taking down an old wall, building a new one, and then painting over it to create a new bedroom in our building. They showed up on time every day and worked hard until the job was finished. Would and will hire them again.

Living in NY can be fun, but apartment hunting in this city isn't one of those things.I recently moved into a new place that needed a lot of work; I mean a LOT. Ever find yourself ready to pull your hair out when it comes to finding the right contractor? Starting with the kitchen and bathroom, finding a handyperson to change the tiles on the floor, and replacing the molded-out sheetrock, I was losing my cool. I went on many websites in an attempt to get all work done with my minimal construction knowledge. I was genuinely annoyed by all these other contractors trying to give me insane numbers and leaving me with no completion date.
