Mike is great! I’ve hired him for multiple jobs over the past 2 years (radiator valve replacement, kitchen shutoff valve replacement, water damage repair to my ceiling), and he’s always done a great job!!
Very happy with Mike’s work, his prices are fair, and his responsiveness is excellent!

Mike and son always do a great job when I have to call them to fix or install. Excellent skills: construction, repair, plumbing etc. etc.

I had a drainage issue in my driveway because of recent heavy rains. Mike and his team undid the grills and cleared out all of the debris, dirt and vegetation that had accumulated over the years and clogged everything up. He tested the drain using a power hose and washed and power swept the entire 40’ foot driveway. I would recommend Mike and his team for any internal or external property issues. He does all jobs at a reasonable cost.

The E & M staff installed new wood floors in my apartment, they were very mindful that we were living here as the construction was going on. They were neat & clean and the work was excellent!

Mike's team handled my complete kitchen renovation professionally, on time and in budget. All aspects of the work were excellent, and the price was fair! Mike has done some smaller projects for me in the past from roofing to carpentry to plumbing, I definitely will use Mike again.

I highly recommend this company. Not only do they do excellent work they are reasonably priced! And they clean up at the end of the job. They pay attention to the details which I really appreciate!

I had my kitchen completely gut renovated by Mike and his team; floors, cabinets, tiling, painting, appliances, etc. You name it. All done with A+ precision. I'm very happy with how everything turned out.

I called for a consultation of multiple tasks relating to repairing and retrofitting fixtures in the bathroom. Mike was considerate and came the same day-which was a convenience since I am not in NY that often. Mike was professional, courteous, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and saved me money! Others wanted me to buy new and spend a lot of money and Mike said it was not necessary; what I have is in good condition, and just needs minor adjustments.
Last year his company removed the toilet (in the other bathroom), replaced the wax ring, and put all tiles back with such expertise that you cannot see where the wall was broken! The best plumbing and the best tilework.
This type of honesty and professionalism is rare and I am grateful to have found this company!

Mike and his team did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. From the planning to the first day of demolition, he was always in contact with us and providing updates. Everyone knows that remodeling, especially an apartment you're living in, is stressful and hectic. However, Mike was an absolute pleasure to deal with and he's one of the few contractors you can easily recommend to others.

Mike and his crew did a full kitchen renovation including plumbing and electricity. Everything was done to perfection, from creating a pass through in a kitchen wall, the removal of another wall, installing cabinets ,crown molding and replacing an old fuse box with a electric panel box. They all made good suggestions when unexpected issues arose including moving a doorway, extending a wall and placing additional outlets.
Valentino built beautiful window casings for 2 ugly windows and did a wonderful job of creating a pattern when tiling the floor and backsplash. I felt completely confident in trusting their expertise. The kitchen turned out completely as I had envisioned it.

As always, Mike is a pleasure to work with because of his fair pricing and professionalism. His team was friendly, hardworking and timely. I intend on continuing to work with him for my home make-over needs.

Mike and his team just finished a full gut and remodel of our bathroom. They were so clean and organized through the process. And they were FAST! But perhaps more importantly, the job they did was incredible. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Mike listened to all my ideas (and Pinterest photos 😂) and helped me understand what was possible and if something wasn’t possible, he always gave an alt option.
