Incredible in every way. Electrical outlets were repaired. some were covered but realigned to produce electricity somewhere else. they did everything under the book to make it all look like I never had any issues.

I hired them to diagnose why a light fixture was flickering. They completely misdiagnosed the issue, made me buy a new light fixture (when the prior one worked), blew out a dimmer and messed up the electrical work in my home. Now the switch associated with that fixture is completely dead. The first electrician that they sent had no clue what he was doing and I’d be surprised if he was licensed. This is truly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever encountered. Do not hire them to do work! I repeat, do not hire them. 3 visits to my home and they still haven’t fixed my original issue or the mess they created after.

When they can’t do a job, instead of saying no, they just block you. Odd behavior for a local business. But they will pick up when you call from a different number.

Most certainly coming back to R&V for my General Electric needs. They recently redid the wiring in my building and gave me good pricing to redo my lights. Just moved to NYC and love the new connects I’m making!
