Cooper needs to update there locations this is the second time I have went to a location in nyc and it was not a cooper electrical supply store

Can’t recommend ODM enough!! I had a breaker problem causing a complete power outage to multiple outlets and called at 930am on a Friday hoping it could be addressed before the weekend. ODM fixed the issue, explained it clearly, and power was back on within two hours of my original call! At a very reasonable price at that—thanks ODM!

I had difficulty with my breakers tripping consistently over night. Called Oscar this morning and he was over promptly in less than 1.5 hours. He diagnosed the problem quickly and also made sure to explain to me in detail multiple times what went wrong.

His price was extremely fair and was very professional. Happy to know he’s in the neighborhood and will hire him for any other issues that pop up

Oscar is the man! He came to work on some malfunctioning lights at my house and did a great job for a great price. When he arrived he was really patient and listened to me as I showed him the issues. Then he assessed the panel before moving to each individual switch. He took a holistic approach to understand my home’s electrical layout but still worked efficiently and quickly to resolve the problems. He’s very detailed oriented and clever with his diagnostics. He also taught me a few things and helped me to understand what was happening so I could theoretically fix these kinds of issues in my own if they ever happen again. To me, that’s service above and beyond. In addition to all that, he’s just a really friendly, polite guy. I saved his number, which I never do for these kinds of services. But I know exactly who to call the next time I need something.

Oscar is the best!! He kindly came through for us right when we needed him. Also educated us along the way, and didn’t hurt our pockets. Thank you (:

Wow! Today, we've been in a blizzard with 20" of snow, and he shoveled out his truck in this weather to help us restore power. Very knowledgeable, great energy, made it so we had in heat. Loves to troubleshoot and great at solving tricky electrical problems. He broke it down so we could understand. Cannot recommend Oscar enough! Thank u so much :)

Power went out late at night, called and Oscar came over in less than 15 minutes and helped us in less than 30 minutes! gave us an amazing deal and was so nice and friendly! i highly highly recommend him for any service you may need!!

Called ODM -Electrical to install a Google Nest Floodlight. Oscar, the electrician, answered the call live and was very responsive with setting an appointment for a quote the next day. Oscar was very polite and arrived on time. He was able to do the work the same day for a reasonable price. Very pleased with the quality of his work and would recommend ODM-Electrical to anyone needing electrical work in their home.
