Very poor service. They do not verbally communcate with the customer. We had coverage warranty through HomeServe, but the repair work was not under the coverage plan. We offered to pay BP Electric for the repair work that wasn't covered under the plan. The worker refused, stating that his employer said no. We brought in a different Electric Co. to repair the Electric short in our house, and they fixed it with no problem. It took only five hours of repair work.

I'm not sure if I ran into a calling service or what, but extremely unhelpful, didn't understand the situation, sounded inflexibile when I tried to make a suggestion on what's the best way to explain my issue and sounded like they were on a cell phone underwater. I have what I think to be a fairly signficant job, but this initial experience was nothing short of a FAIL.
