And I want to add that that that they PRANKED CALLED MY HOUSE! WHY? I DON'T KNOW!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I NEVER even used their services....and they have been HARASSING ME with phone calls....with "prank" calls in the evening hours! If it keeps up, I will DEFINITELY report them to the Authorities and the Better Business Bureau!!!@

With the rains, water was coming into our basement via the ConEd conduit. Terrifying. Mike was here within an hour on a Sunday night, tested the system, gave us some follow up advice and even phoned ConEd on our behalf. He calmed our nerves and followed up several times over the course of a week, until ConEd finally showed up. Parka Electric will be our go to Electrician going forward. Thanks Mike and Parka.

Mike and his team went above and beyond to figure out how to get more power to our kitchen for a new electric stove. They also repaired all holes in the wall that were made for threading the new power cable through the house. Lovely team of folks!
