These guys were terrific!

I had an issue with my gas water heater that made me decide to undertake an *immediate* conversion from gas to electric. I called in the afternoon, and they were willing to come out first thing the next morning to assess the job.

They were super spot-on with communication and punctuality. They called to let me know they'd be about 15-minutes late -- due to driving through a snow storm.

They were also super understanding and great about staying in touch and up-to-date when we had to deal with a delayed delivery of the new water heater. They were able to reschedule the wiring installation for bright and early the very next day.

I would definitely call them again!

Mike at Parka is fantastic! He helped us when we lost power after the blizzard. First, he patiently explained how the process works, how we’d have to work with ConEd, and how he could get us back up and running. Next, he followed-up throughout the process and made sure we were okay. I highly recommend calling Parka if you need electrical help.

Very pleased with the professionalism and timely response. We encountered a problem during the install of a range hood that was identified immediately by my technician who was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what he needed to get in order to fix the problem.
