Rickford Jr. was prompt in his response, coming by within an hour and restoring power after diagnosing the problem. I was so impressed with his work ethic that I inquired about him doing additional work for a space in our home that required electrical wiring and outlet installation. Rick gave me a very fair and transparent quote and performed the work within the timeframe that he promised. Several weeks have now passed and there have been no complications to report. I highly recommend his services and will reach back out in the future as well should I have any additional projects that he can perform.
