Daven Electric was outstanding. Excellent communication throughout, great explanation of the work that needed to be done, and completed the work in a timely manner. If you want a true electrical professional, look no further than Daven.

The only thing I can be critical about is that they charge you for a minimum of 4 hours work, which in my case was 3 hours more than needed. So they can be a bit expensive if you just need something simple. Other than that, they are truly awesome.

It was a great experience working with Daven Electric for a large wiring job in a co-op apt in Brooklyn. Everything was handled flawlessly by every member of the Daven team. Sam and Jakub, the electricians on the job, did a great job and explained everything in easy to understand terminology. They did everything they promised to do with technical expertise. The initial contact with Alex, the GM, was top notch as he was easy to speak with and took the time to answer any questions and concerns and he sent Sam out to view the job. Sam was great to speak with and explained everything very clearly before the work was started. Getting the co-op paperwork done presented a challenge but Jen did a fantastic job handling all the details and worked hard to get it done and approved. All the people that I dealt with at this organization were amazing to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daven based on the excellent electrical work they did in our apartment. .

Wow! I chose Daven because it was recommended by ChatGPT when I described my situation and what I needed—several ceiling light repairs for my Brooklyn Heights coop. I sent a query through the company's website and got a response and quote within a few minutes, and a service appointment for the next morning. The electrician, Luigi was on time and so professional and friendly and explained everything clearly. He fixed five ceiling lamps which all had different problems. He went to the hardware store around the corner to buy the right bulbs and gave me a spare fixture because the one I had was busted. Now all five of my ceiling lamps are working again! Also, I was charged exactly what I was quoted for the visit and repairs plus a little bit more for the bulbs and new switch plates. I had putting this repair off for years and could not believe how easy and pleasant it was!!! Cannot recommend more highly!

Just used them for the first time to run a new 220V line in our basement and to move a circuit from one subpanel to another. The entire process from getting the quote to having the work done was smooth and fast. Luigi did a great job, arrived when promised, communicated well, did exactly what we wanted (and found a good solution to one obstacle he discovered), neatly routed all wiring, left no mess, and there were no surprise charges on the final bill. Would definitely use Daven (and hopefully Luigi!) again.

Great experience working with Daven to replace some old fluorescent fixtures to LED. They helped with design, product choice, and install was smooth. Scheduling work especially is very fast; some of the most responsive contractors I’ve worked with. Luiggy was great to work with. Recommended!

Sam and Aslan were very professional and arrived promptly to the apartment where work was required. They completed the job efficiently and correctly. The pricing for the work was reasonable and communication from the company were great; they promptly answered any questions and took time to explain everything clearly. I recently purchased a pre-war coop apartment that needed various renovations and turned to Daven Electric for help installing 10 new electrical outlets and re-installing a light fixture. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and customer service I received. Alex and Arthur are both absolute gems of human beings. I know nothing about home repair and Alex was able to walk me through the process and was always available to answer any questions I had. Arthur and his team did a stellar job on the installations and helped me troubleshoot several issues. They were both incredibly patient and kind. I also like that Daven Electric has a professional/modern online portal where you can keep track of the work being done and pay with credit card. Almost all other reno work I've had done so far required Zelle, which has monetary limits, or wire transfers, which are annoying, so being able to use a credit card was a big plus. I highly recommend Daven Electric and will not hesitate to work with them again!

The team at Daven is excellent. They've done several jobs at my Dumbo condo now, including supporting a very complex A/V system set-up (Lutron Ketra & HomeWorks).

If you're looking for qualified, trustworthy and well priced electricians, go with Daven Electric. I contacted so many electricians to get a quote for a light installation and all I got was the run around, variable pricing, multiple walkthroughs and the worst yet, a rug pull after we already agreed on a price. Finally I reached out to Daven Electric and from the initial quote (with pics over text/phone🙏) to the installation of four lights with new wiring and a dimmer switch, the experience with Daven was so smooth. Specifically, Aslan from Daven was amazing - he took care of everything, provided sound guidance, applied incredible attention to detail and went above & beyond to get the job done.
