Sales people are as friendly courteous and knowledgeable about their business and merchandise as they were about 30 years ago when I first started doing business with them when they were located in flushing ave and bushwick ave in Brooklyn.

Customer service is so bad. It's not worth coming back even if they have a variety of supplies. There are others up there. Their own employees say their boss would give you the same nasty treatment.
