Ceriello Electric quickly and expertly resolved a partial outage for my small coop that ConEd refused to deal with. And even on Friday the 5th of July, they picked up the phone right away, were knowledgable about my problem, showed up fast, demonstrated ingenuity and professionalism, and pretty much saved the day. Their technician even had a field manager come by to verify an unusual power reading for no extra charge, and then the office got ConEd to pick up the ball tout suite. Very pleased with the whole team and will use them again for sure, for non-emergent electric work too.

We called Ceriello to troubleshoot a possible phase out in our building. Nick came by, assessed the problem and persisted despite running into a few dead ends. He was helpful and walked me through potential issues, connected me with people in the office, and they handled all of the communication with ConEd until my repair was complete. At the end of the day, it was a ConEd issue, for which we are being reimbursed by ConEd, but Ceriello's expertise and knowledge was invaluable.

Ceriello did a bunch of odds and ends in a 19th century townhouse in Brooklyn. Add a circuit here, install an outdoor light there, fix an outlet, install a ground,... It was a bunch of work over 2 full days. It was done competently, quickly, with great communication. I'm looking forward to calling them again when I need electrical work done.

People are nice and always willing to help me get what I need for my job. The prices are very competitive among all the electrical supply stores in Brooklyn. I can always call them and ask for a pickup before I arrive at the store.

Good price with a wide range of choices. With the good quality, the covers, boxes and pipes are much cheaper than the big stores like the Home Depot and Lowe’s. I’m sure they have more price-competitive products I can buy.
