Found this service online. They made it very easy to book and the communication was clear. The cleaners were great! So friendly and did an amazing job. Will be using again!

I had my apartment cleaned by Lourdes and was very happy with the service provided. She arrived on time (early actually) and brought along supplies. She worked hard, quickly, and did a fine job making sure I was happy room by room. She was also very helpful and positive when I pointed out a couple of things not readily apparent and took care of them no fuss no muss. She was also lovely with my cats. I’m very happy with the service and recommend them! It would be nice to get a reminder text or email as sometimes I can be forgetful!

We recently hired Royal Cleanse to help my parents clean their house. Decxy was assigned to their home and I was told she did a great job. My parents were very satisfied with their first cleaning. Decxy was very friendly as well. We will continue using them for our cleaning needs and will recommend them to anyone looking for a good cleaning company for their home.

We just closed on a new apartment and before moving in, we wanted to get a thorough cleaning. I found Royal Cleanse online and cold called them to see if they could come the next day. Dexcy showed up early and spent 4 hours cleaning everything. She tackled all the hidden areas and also inside the cabinets, and now the place is now spotless and ready to move in. Many thanks to Dexcy and Royal Cleanse for doing a wonderful job.

The cleaner who came is named Claudia. When I say she did a deep cleaning, she did a deep cleaning, my floors have never been so white! Will use service again and request Claudia!

Had an excellent experience with Decxy after some bad luck with a previous company. Her attention to detail and communication was outstanding, bathrooms, bedroom, dust etc. You won't be disappointed.

A little disappointed in the job that they did compared to all of the reviews that they get along with the conversation we had on the phone prior to booking. We asked for getting on top of cabinets and fridge, we asked for a deep clean of the bathroom and none of that was met. The top of the fridge/cabinets were not even wiped. The shower part of the bathroom wasn't cleaned. There are shampoo marks under/around shampoo bottles that were there prior/after. It was just disappointing because we specifically asked for a deep clean during the phone call and paid for a deep clean. Wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend them for a deep clean.

Lourdes arrived on time and ready for my move in cleaning. Unfortunately, on our behalf, not realizing there was no electricity in the apartment. As I rushed, trying to figure things out. Lourdes started setting up and getting ready to work. While I ran Electrical cords to try to get her power. By the time I got upstairs and ran all the chords, the refrigerator and stove was spotless. Approximately three hours later. Apartment is spotless, attention to detail in the kitchen and bathroom was perfection, now the apartment is ready for my Future new tenant.

It was so easy to book with Laylah, the team was punctual and did an amazing job, the price is right and you can pay through their booking system! What more could you ask for? I'm scheduling a regular monthly cleaning with them. I'm so impressed!

I was very happy with Royal Cleanse service. They were very professional and did an awesome job. I will use the service again and highly recommend them. My kitchen looks great and they also cleaned and organized my pantry room in my basement. Which was a disaster.

I would highly recommend Royal Cleanse to anyone and everyone. They were extremely thorough in their deep cleaning of our new apartment before we moved. There was a scent of dog and just a general mess (think sticky cabinets, bathroom tile stains) and they cleared all of it!

They are so hard working and listened to all my concerns before starting. They helped make our new apartment feel like a home and we hope to keep them coming around in the future!
