I am such a weary person of certain services of these kind. Transparently, my request was very last minute and Shawn was able to accomodating me in such a short notice. I requested his services for my mom 3 bedroom apartment. His work is immaculate. Verbatim from my mom: "He did his thing". He was very communicative and timely.

I hired his service and asked him about the negative comment that was in his reviews, he stated that the woman who said he was rude, took his words out of context, and he meant no harm; it's just the way he talks. Against my better judgement, I decided to accept his word, since it was one review. I would soon regret not giving enough attention to him say, it's just the way he talks (when people tell you who they are believe them). However, on the day that he came to work for me, he made several unkind and off-putting remarks, which were feeble attempts to ridicule me. He then gave a half-hearted apology, stating that he was sorry and "meant no harm", it was just the way he got into the grove to do his work. While I held my tongue and paid him in full for his time. I would say that I now clearly understand why the previous reviewer said he was unprofessional. I didn't want to get into a sparing of words with Shawn, although I thought to myself that he reminds me alot of Rumpelstiltskin, not only in stature, but in the way he talked incessantly, and was unkind and reckless with his words. If I decided to get into a war of words with him, I may not stop because he is fodder for so much. In short, he should know that he is not the only person offering this service, and if it has to come with him making ridiculous and unsolicited remarks, because that's just who he is, there are others among his competitors who I am sure would offer the same or better service without the unkind bonus he can't help but bring, by his own admission. In taking a look at his reviews, it seems that somehow he feels that he is entitled to be disrespectful to women in particular, probably because of the curse of a Nepolian complex; he infact makes every to justify his conduct

Shawn is the best! Does a spectacular deep clean including hard to reach areas and leaves my apartment in the most beautiful and organized condition. Highly recommend.

I called the phone number listed in Google and the way the person answered the I couldn't tell if I was calling a business or some one personal number.

I asked to speak with Shawn and low and behold I was talking with Shawn. I explained what I needed.done and he quoted me $50 an hour for a deep cleaning. But when I told him the location "the projects" he suddenly was booked all this week and didn't know what next week look like. Shame on YOU! My mom is elderly and need a service. I guess if she was living anyplace other than the projects Shawn would have done it.

I will never call this person again nor will I recommend him to anyone else.

Shawn was incredible. I had looked into a few housecleaners in Brooklyn, but no one had the same availability or rates as Shawn. He showed up exactly on time and really cleaned our apartment. He was nice and funny and I can’t wait to have him back. I highly recommend Shawn and would give him 6 stars if possible.

I met Sean for the first time last week. He helped me clean my uncle’s apartment in Brooklyn which was a bit of a hoarder situation; very much a challenge but he stepped right up, did an amazing job…and beyond just cleaning, had such a human approach with care and respect for my uncle. Shawn does more than clean your home. He cleanses your soul. Most don't appreciate just how therapeutic it is to have someone take care of the space around you. A cluttered and uncared for space leads to a cluttered and uncared for mind. I can find myself stressing out about doing the dishes, letting garbage accumulate, and all of this can be very overwhelming for some people who must focus on other things. That's where Shawn comes in.

He is highly flexible, can come by within a moment's notice, his rate is more than fair, and he is truly a professional. Shawn has a gregarious personality that makes every cleaning session a fun experience. He is highly dependable and will do pretty much anything to ensure your home can be a live-able, stress-free, and zen-like environment.

If I could give Shawn more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. But, I can't, so here is 5 stars. Once you hire Shawn, you're set because you don't have to worry about any of this anymore. He takes the load off and the results speak for themselves.

Shawn is incredibly kind, professional, and good at his job! He went above and beyond at cleaning and my space looks amazing. Highly recommend! Bonus points - he was also very sweet to my dog! I look forward to having him back for our future cleaning needs.

Shawn’s been helping me out for two years now. I’ve not had a better deal in the city both in terms of what he asks for and what you get - he’s great, and you’d be silly not to give him a shot. And if you want to support a small business, there’s the cherry on top.
