I had just moved into a loft in Brooklyn NY and was in need of a good deep clean, the place was filthy and the last thing I want to do is clean a big loft while I’m in the process of moving my belongings inside. I searched online and came across germsmart and they were able to have someone come tomorrow morning. Jacky was wonderful, she came on time and brought her own cleaning supplies and immediately went to work, she really focused on thoroughly cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets, fridge, all kitchen appliances and the windows which I mentioned was very important to me. Overall she did an amazing job cleaning the entire place and it looked completely different after she was finished, the kitchen appliances were sparkling, the wooden floors were glossy and I couldn’t be more happier. I would definitely request Jacky again in the future.

Jacklyn came and cleaned my renovated apartment today and did a GREAT job! She even got the dust off all the brick and made my place move in ready. Additionally, Marcos was great to work with and they helped setup my appointment and was accommodating to my move in date. I would defiantly recommend them and will be using this service again.

Lillian did an amazing job and was extremely thorough in her work. She performed a deep cleaning of the bathroom and standard cleaning for the rest of the apartment and I am so pleased! After a no-show by another cleaning service, I was left with an apartment that still needed to be cleaned and my tenants were moving in noon the next day. The team at GermSmart was able to accommodate my request and assigned Jacklyn to the job. Jacklyn came early in the morning and did a fantastic job! Electricity service had been turned off to the unit and she was patient as I worked to resolve the issue. Once the job was done, she offered to walk me through the cleaned apartment through a video call, which was much appreciated as I was not in town. She was friendly and very pleasant to work with! Would highly recommend the service based on this experience!

Omg Tiffany was so lovely and did a fantastic job! Our bathroom and kitchen needed a deep clean and there were stains and things that felt impossible to scrub off. But Tiffany literally did an immaculate job. She even did some cleaning of our living room after she was done with the initial areas. Totally recommend GermSmart. Danny did an absolutely amazing job with a deep cleaning of the apartment that my daughter just moved in. He cleaned all the other areas in the bathroom including the bathtub with stains and molds so clean and shiny that no one could tell, after his cleaning, that the bathroom had been neglected for a long time!! He also made the kitchen spotless and shiny!!! He was friendly, professional, thorough, and competent ! Danny is a Gem!! We highly recommend GermSmart! We found the rate being reasonable for the quality service we’ve got. Honestly, keeping our high traffic gym and locker roomsThursday perfectly sanitized felt impossible until we partnered with GermSmart for our cleaning needs. Their team is reliable and thorough, delivering a level of clean that is genuinely noticeable and has completely changed how our members feel about the facility.

I DO NOT recommend GermSmart whatsoever. Stay far away from this company. They are thieves. My tenants left the apartment completely empty and partially cleaned. There was not much that needed to be done. The kitchen was the main issue. I just didn't have time to clean it myself. So I hired GermSmart (NYC). They charged me about $250.00 plus tax for 5 hours. After 5 hours, the apartment was still filthy. They are not professionals. I might as well have cleaned it myself. They will purposely take their sweet time cleaning and once the time has expired, they will try to charge you more money for more time. That's the game they play. And of course the kitchen, (which was the main issue) was left for last. Absolutely filthy. Not happy at all. The only positive thing I can say about this company is that they came on time. That's it. Half their reviews must be fake. I would never use their services again. Really pissed off.
