He was very responsive when we tried to get an appointment. He arrived on time and cleaned our second floor decorative windows spotless. I particularly appreciate that he noticed our home was shoe-free and put on shoe booties even though I wouldn't have thought of asking him to. Definitely will work with him again.

My mother needed to get her carpets cleaned for an event and we called Bio Carpet Cleaning to do the work. They sent George a couple days later and he did the house and upholstery and did an amazing job. He was nice a quick and everyone was super nice and took the time to explain if we had concerns or questions. Amazing job and amazing experience all around.

I must say that this was the best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever used. Everyone was professional, friendly and efficient and the cleaning was very thorough. There was also no up-selling... I was told the price beforehand and no one tried to sell me additional “treatments” as has happened with other companies. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Искал чистку дивана, нашёл этих ребят на Thumbtack. Цена показалась нормальной, решил попробовать. Приехали вовремя, без опозданий. Диван был в плохом состоянии если честно — пятна старые, запах. Всё убрали. Даже пятно которое я считал вечным. Доволен, рекомендую.
