Daniel did an amazing job cleaning my rug. It was extremely dirty and full of dirt, and now it honestly looks brand new. He was very responsive, answered right away, and was able to come to my house the same day I requested the service. He worked quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

The cleaner from Carpet Cleaner New York did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. The steam cleaning got out all the dirt and odors.

The worst. Said 4-6pm, I called at 6:30, they got here at 7-7:20. I should have known by then, but hey maybe they were just busy working at another site. They show up, clearly buzzing. Clean my carpet so half ass and quickly. One person cleaned, the other bullshitting me the whole time on, how good of a job they’ll do for me. How he gave me such a good deal and he won’t even charge me over what they already quoted me? It was just the whole time constant bullshitting, straight hustling. They didn’t even vacuum the rug before wetting it. I even asked them too and they said, “nah, no need, this vacuum does it all at once.” I would have been better off getting a rental machine and getting super drunk, then cleaning it myself. One small room 7x11’ and a short hall way, that was it. $175. I’m super disappointed with you guys.

They did a great job cleaning the carpet in the basement. When the carpet was taking a bit longer to dry than expected, they brought over a fan to help with the process. The carpet dried very quickly after that. Great service.

I had a large wool rug that had seen better days. It was worn after being in an office for a few years. It was also the victim of a few unfortunate wine spills. Tommy and Jerome were phenomenal. Easy to coordinate times, very reasonable price, and the rug looks brand new.

I was look for 4 rug pads but didn’t know the sizes I needed. Carpet Cleaner New York came over, showed me what the pads looked like. I ordered 4 and they even put the pads under the rugs. Very happy with the service.

I needed my carpets cleaned before we put our house on the market. The man on the phone, their manager I assume was very accommodating and we were able to schedule when it was convenient for us. Our tech was just awesome. He called when he was almost here, which I appreciate. He arrived, looked around a bit, sprayed some magical, who knows what on the carpet, raked them with some special tool, and proceeded to steam clean out the 7 years of stains and gunk. Our carpets look ten times better now since the cleaning by this awesome guy. Their price was reasonable, the tech was very quick and friendly, and our carpets look amazing. I would not hesitate to call Carpet Cleaner New York again.

Carpet Cleaner New York is a trustworthy company. They have amazing customer service and the pricing is very competitive. I had a lot of trouble with my sofa when it comes to getting the water stains out but they came to my house and took care of it. I was able to save a lot of money not having to buy a new sofa.

First, he was prompt returning my phone call, second he showed up on time, third, he took a couch that hadn’t been cleaned in about 5 years and made it look new again! Anthony did an amazing job removing a spot on the couch. I hired another cleaning service to do it but they couldnt get it out and Anthony was able to do it in 15 minutes. Extremely professional and nice
