I’ve used this company twice now to clean my velvet couch. Both times it was very easy to book an appointment. Both times they had availability the next day. Tech showed up early both times. Did a great job. The couch looks amazing. Communication is always seamless. Just a great company to work with, highly recommend.

I’m honestly blown away by the results! I didn’t expect the furniture could be transformed like this. The couch looked worn out with stains and a slight odor — now it looks like it just came from the showroom. Everything was done carefully, without excess moisture, and with great attention to detail. I've used this company three times to clean my sofa and they've always done a great job at removing stains and cleaning it. Easy to arrange times with them, clear communication, they show up on time, and have easy payment options. I booked them for a fourth time recently to clean both my sofa and the rug in my daughter's room which is quite stained - general dirt and nail polish in places. They were able to get all stains out, except the nail polish, although even that is much less noticeable. On inspecting the rug, they told me that they likely couldn't get the nail polish out because I had tried to remove it with acetone, which would push the product deeper into the rug rather than remove it. But it's much less noticeable after they treated it and I don't need to replace the rug, which I was considering. Great experience all round!
