I organized a Raleigh Room Escapes outing for a group of 7 friends and we absolutely loved it! We went for the Escape the Tramping Ground session and even though we didn't escape, we were really really close, and had a lot of fun. Our actor was great too, very enthusiastic and energetic. I would definitely recommend for a group event or team building occasion.

Our work group went for team building and fun. What an experience! It was exciting, nerve wracking, stimulating, challenging, frustrating and all around good fun! Tara started us off right with her enthusiasm at the door, then Jill and Teal really got into their parts and made our Zombie room a blast. You could tell Jill really wanted us to make it out! Will definitely recommend to others.

This was a really unique escape room experience - very interactive with teammates and the staff. The puzzles stretched us mentally and the stories behind each room were very well crafted. The staff that served us that particular day were incredible. Thanks Teal for facilitating everything and thanks Jill for helping us out and giving us superlatives! Your energy was absolutely contagious!

Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a good escape room!

I was wondering how this place got such great reviews. It is at least partially due to Jill (in the photo) and Jess (zombie - not pictured)! They did an amazing job when we were here for date night!! You guys should for sure check this place out!

This was the first time for me to try an escape room. We ended doing the zombie room. They had to actors in that room. Jess & Jill did an amazing job!!!!! They both were very good and you could tell they liked what they do. They each played there role perfect. The only suggestion that I will give, is from the start of the game, we didn't understand how the puzzles work or where to start at. Maybe this could be a little more clearer for future. I understand that is the point of this room, but once we started to solve a couple of puzzles, we were heading in the right direction, but just ran out of time. The zombie was very interesting and interacting with everyone. The sound effects were fantastic!! Keep up the great work!

We did the Zombie escape room and it was so much fun! We were about 10 seconds away from escaping (kinda bummed about that) but the experience was extremely thrilling. Highly recommended. Jay was a great host and Jill did an amazing job as the Zombie. We'll definitely be back!

We participated in the Trapped in a Room with a Zombie and it was really well done. This was my second room escape but my first room escape that had a full immersion experience with actresses and a consistent plot. Teal did a fantastic job at playing the zombie, so much so that I was still nervous hanging around her after the show was over. Jill was very entertaining and had our whole group laughing on several occasions. We will definitely be back!

We did the Zombie escape room with a project team from work in March and it was amazing. We had so much fun and almost escaped... Jill was great as the doctor and the zombie was also amazing (and really really discturbing, she looked and sounded so scary). The fun version of the personality analysis was a great ending to the show.

Several of the team members had cancelled just before the event and since there is a no refund policy we were just going to lose the unused tickets, but Dee did an amazing job and arranged for us to be able to reschedule to another date, so yesterday we did the Quarantine room with a slightly different team and escaped with over 4 min to spare! Once again, Jill was in the room with us and once again she did an amazing job. Very fun and very much appreciated by the clients we brought this time. Great for team building!

Great experience! This was my second visit to RRE for a work team building event. They accomodated our group of 8 and our group of 20 flawlessly. The staff is friendly and the time flies by! I especially like the analysis they provide at the end of the experience. You can tell this team really enjoys what they do.

Talk about a unique experience! We love Escape Rooms, so we thought we'd try out this local one, knowing there were actors involved somehow, but that was it. It was way more intense than we expected, in a good way! Everyone we interacted with at Raleigh Room Escapes was fantastic. We did Trapped in a Room with a Zombie. Tara was our Russian doctor "tour guide" of sorts who took us through the story, the rules, and some tips, and then she stayed in the room with us to observe. She was absolutely hilarious! Jill was our zombie, and good lord did she sell it... Super creepy, impressively flexible, and stayed in character fabulously well. Definitely not the room for you if you can't function in a high stress environment because you are trying to solve puzzles to escape while also trying not to be eaten by the live zombie who is getting ever closer to you! But if you can handle the pressure, strategize with your team, and communicate well, it's an awesome room! We loved the final personal touch, which was each participant getting a superlative from Tara based on how we acted during the escape attempt. Super fun.

We will definitely be back to experience more rooms at this awesome company, especially since there will be all new ones in January!

We had an amazing time escaping from the stronghold this evening! The puzzles were tough and really made us think critically as we worked our hardest to escape the grasp of the evil AI ANGI. Thank you Sarah for putting on a show for us and giving us feedback after our escape!

While organizing the team building events for a recent conference, I looked at several room escape options and thought this one sounded the best. I was disappointed at first to see that they didn't have Escape the Tramping Ground available the night our team was in town, so I emailed to ask about it and they replied that one of their cast members could do it!
When we got there, we were immersed in the experience from the start with Kenny - he was gruff and serious but clearly as a caricature, and our whole team was holding in laughter.
The room itself was a great concept. The way he tried to help us in the room was cool, with the light on the floor giving messages and the walkie-talkie as well.
We had some trouble with one of the locks because we heard him say "that was right" when we were discussing several different combos, and we got hung up on the one we thought he was referring to.
So a bit of confusion and stubbornness on our part kept us from escaping, but we still had such a blast.
It would be great if they could check on one or two props that seemed damaged in a way that made the clues confusing (the vials of colored ink seemed to have evaporated a little), but overall - great experience! Would definitely recommend for small office teams!

I enjoyed myself!! We did trapped in the room with the zombie and Bill and Jess were absolutely AMAZING! Even though we didnt make it, the experience alone was great. Definitely have to try the other rooms.

Went here with a few friends and loved it. I was a bit confused going into how the puzzles worked. Although we didn’t finish the zombie room Teal and Lou made it fun. Once we understood sort of the flow we started to solve more. Certainly want to go back it was fun!

The second time we did this, The Formula of Escape (this iteration) is a good starting room, it is small and easy to complete, though I did have a lot of fun in this room. I had much more fun with the "Trapped in a room with a Zombie", but we did not Escaped. This Company is a must do, I will go back and do all rooms this year.

Cleaning was excellent. Dmitrii was extremely professional and quick. He took the time to ensure my couch and mattress were cleaned to perfection. I utilize the team annually for all my cleaning needs. Definitely recommend!

Amir did an outstanding job on my chairs! They look brand new! He was meticulous and detailed, also mindful to keep the surrounding clean! 💯 I highly recommend!

2nd time using this company for two different couches and excellent service again. Very thorough and can’t believe really how clean the couch looks after cleaning!
