Worst experience with a home heating system. Had the whole thing fail on us, and they sent Dave out to fix it. Turns out the circulation pump was bad - no surprise there. Paid their $100 service fee upfront, expecting them to come back with parts. But no show after three days. We ended up hiring another company to fix the issue, which turned out to be an air lock that just needed releasing. The only thing Hendricks did right was not coming back. Now we're dealing with the hassle of filing a theft charge and contacting our credit card company because they won't refund our service fee. Not impressed - definitely not trustworthy.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, including the necessary repairs for my heating and cooling system. He showed great expertise and quoted a price that fit within our budget. Overall, a good experience and I'd definitely recommend this service.
