I haven't had a chance to see the results yet, but this company seems like it could do good work. My experience with their scheduling and answering service was poor - I made an appointment last week, but they didn't show up or follow up with me. They told me they might still come tonight within a 3-hour window, but by then, my end time had already passed. As a result, I left work early. Unfortunately, they still haven't shown up and didn't even call to let me know.

They're trying to charge $150 for an estimate on two new air conditioning units - pretty penny-pinching if you ask me. Paying for a quote is just common sense, it's not like they're making the units or providing valuable expertise during that initial meeting. It's a lost opportunity to rake in some serious cash and gain a loyal customer.
