STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

XAVIER is not to be trusted. Just READ THE TEXT. Because I did not agree to his ultimatum with him bullying me to remove my review he is completly denying any fault in my claim with HomeAdvisor and refusing to give me the money for the damages caused by his workers after assuring me for weeks that he would take care of it. Please keep in mind that his workers were paid for thier services even though they did not tell me that there would be a charge to examine my vent.

They were responsive to my calls, showed up on time, were very respectful for the cleanliness of my apartment and did the work quickly and efficiently. They pointed out a couple of things I should have done, but did not try to upsell on additional products or services. Would definitely use again.

Ernie was very polite. He explained everything that he was doing as he did it. No mess no fuss. Xavier set up appointment within 48 hours of my placing the call. I will definitely use Ductserve on an annual basis from here on forward. Very reasonably priced.

This company Is one of the best that I’ve dealt with in I can’t remember how long. Both Constantine and Nikita, the technicians, worked diligently, efficiently and with care and concern for the entire four hours of the service. They did an outstanding job and cleaned up after themselves better than expected. Xavier, the owner, delivered as promised...on time and on a Sunday no less. Thank you gentlemen, you are terrific.

I was informed that my dryer vent was not up to code so I was put in touch with ductserv from Angie's list. To make a long story short Alan and his team were fantastic. They called advising me they were purchasing the parts needed to do the job and would be there the time specified. They were on time had all the materials needed to do the job. They were respectful of your property, polite explained the job and did a thorough cleanup upon completion of the job. I would definitely recommend them and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Kevin provided such quick and effective service! He was incredibly informative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood what needed to be done. He even discovered and removed a bird nest stuck in the dryer vent, which I had no idea was there. The service was professional, efficient, and gave me so much peace of mind. Highly recommend this company and especially Kevin for outstanding work and great customer care!
