Kevin really went above and beyond to clean over 40 feet of dryer vent duct, which included slithering up a tiny space to get to the roof, even after I thought maybe it was too hard. But he persisted and cheerfully said "well, that was fun." It's rare to find skilled people like that in NYC. We will be calling Dryer Tech annually from now on!

Dryer Tech, Kiril was very responsive and professional. We had an issue with dryer vent where the whole pipe had to be replaced. He did an excellent job and even added few small improvements to make the process easier going forward.

I called today to have my dryer vent cleaned and Kevin came to my house within 30 minutes! He was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable of the work. He was also very clean! He cleaned out 2 birds' nests and after everything was done he even took the garbage with him! Would definitely recommend.

Initially was set up for a 10am appointment on a Monday. There was an issue with their system and I didnt receive a call from Kevin until 2pm Monday. Kevin was extremely apologetic and offered to be there within the next few hours. My schedule didn't line up again on Monday and we set a time for Friday. Kevin kept in constant contact and even offered alternate times throughout the week to move the appointment up if I was available, but I was not. Eventually Kevin showed up for the Friday appointment. He was very professional and was very efficient with the vent cleaning. Afterwards, Kevin gave me a quick run down of the tasks he performed and even suggestions about how I could make sure we reduce potential clogging with our vents. He also made suggestions about how to create a shorter run with all the vent work (we have a long run from. The dryer to where the vent exhausts).

Despite the original scheduling issue, I thought the overall experience was very good. Would recommend.

Prompt and excellent service. We thought we needed the vents clean, but the tech quickly discovered our dryer vent pipe was crushed and wasn’t actually connecting to the outside vent. Cleaned up all the lint that had accumulated, removed a bird nest from our vent pipe (3rd story apartment!) and had everything he needed to connect a new vent pipe in his truck. Now my kitchen isn’t all hot and full of lint dust when we run the dryer. Thanks!

Kevin was very professional and courteous. Thoroughly cleaned the vents and also my dryers too. He paid close attention to details and patiently answered all my questions. He even checked out my other vents (bathrooms and kitchen) for me and helped me install outdoor vent covers. He’s awesome and would definitely be the vent guy that I’ll refer to friends and family.

Got a new dryer and it was taking at least 4-5 cycles to dry every time and was suggested to me to clean the vents. Called these guys and Kevin got me an appointment the next day. He was on time, professional, communicative and efficient. I tried the dryer right away and saw beautiful steam coming out of the vents which I have never seen before and now my clothes dry in just one cycle.
