Cannot say enough about O’Brien and his staff. He is very reasonably priced and was always on time. He was very attentive to all of our needs and concerns. Came back in the fall and showed me how to clean the unit and provided me materials to do so. He even came back and balanced the unit and replaced our thermostat. Top notch guy who cares about his work and reputation. Provides impeccable customer service.
