We needed to replace our Mitsubishi 4 zone mini-split system. Ben gave me quotes for 3 systems, answered all my questions and was patient while I did my due diligence and obtained other quotes. Brownstone's price seemed fair compared to the others and after reading all the positive reviews I decided to go with Brownstone. After Ben answered more questions about the specific systems, I ended up choosing the Daikin R32 mini split system to replace the Mitsubishi. Once I agreed to the final estimate, the crew arrived within a few days to complete the install. They removed the old system, tested existing ducts, flushed the lines, tested the new system, etc. They worked fast, efficiently & cleaned up afterwards! Everything about the experience was transparent and professional. I can't say enough good things.

They came quickly, diagnosed a potential problem and solution that was also reasonably priced, and they did the work swiftly and professionally.

I can't recommend Ben at Brownstone Heating enough. He came and gave us a reasonable quote but when even that was too high for us, he worked with us to make adjustments (including using different brands) to bring the price down. Then he and his team just did exactly what they said they'd do - they arrived on time, they worked at a lightning speed, they communicated extremely well.

Another great experience with Ben and Brownstone Heating and AC. Ben responded promptly, tried to help me troubleshoot the problem on my own, then was able to come the next day to fix AC unit when I couldn't solve it myself. Excellent service at a great price.

Ben was professional from the first contact with him. I had 2 Fujitsu mini-splits that were not working properly. He asked me to check the flashing light sequences as that would be the code for what was wrong with the units. After I relayed that information to him we arranged a date and time for him to come and work on the units. He arrived promptly, verified what he thought the problem was based on the flashing light sequences (low refrigerant), and proceeded to repair both units in less than one hour. Very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone or use him again.

Disappointed after all the glowing reviews. Tech showed up Tired and sweaty and promised to get back to me the next day to come back with a detailed quote for repair or replacement which did not happen until several days later. Plus he was not a licensed plumber so the condo would not approve him doing the work

What a great experience we had with Brownstone Heating & Air Conditioning. Ben really helped us out! Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working on the hottest day of the year so far and we called in a panic as we had a full day of patients scheduled. They came by and fixed the problem in a few hours. Not only that, they cleaned my filters and gave me some tips on HVAC care. Really appreciate it Ben!
