Terrible experience with this company. My AC broke down, which was under warranty. I spent two weeks trying to get assistance from the salesman, only to find out that I had to pay for a new part myself. After waiting another few days and finally receiving the wrong part, I've been left high and dry again. The supposed repair person, Yanky E, has completely stopped responding to me. Meanwhile, my house is sweltering with no end in sight. These individuals seem utterly uninterested in fixing the issue. Avoid them at all costs; they're completely unhelpful.
