The furniture still had the same dirty look after the service, they didn't even wash them. They quoted $260 for it and I agreed, but when I arrived, they told me it would cost an extra $100 for shampooing - which didn't change the fact that the furniture was still dirty. Don't recommend this service, very poor.

When I called twice in the past week, I was told there's no contact email available for follow-up questions or concerns. The technician installed a new filter and returned the unit on Saturday, August 16th. However, upon my repeated mentions of the missing back panel during our phone calls, I haven't received any updates on its status. I'm still waiting to hear if it was misplaced, damaged, or simply forgotten. A simple acknowledgement would be appreciated, even if the answer is that it's being held for repair or replacement.
