Good selection year round and helpful staff! I love coming to Natty Garden and never leave empty handed. They deliver within the neighborhood for a reasonable fee which is helpful for bigger items.

First time there & the staff was friendly and helpful pamphlets. Lots of plants inside & pots. So nice to have this place near by.

I've gotten my healthiest, happiest plants for the best prices at Natty Garden. This place beats all the fancy stores hands-down. The person working there (the owner) is hard at work tending to the store, but he was very calm, patient, and helpful with me. Can't wait to go back. :)

Had to start from ground zero populating a new apartment with a new group of plants… Loved the diverse selection and easy access to supplies, but best of all was Jodi ! She was beyond helpful and patient; she helped me with repotting advice, making sure I understood care routines, carefully checking for diseases before sale, and even looking at photos of my apartment interior to gauge the trajectory of the sunlight and suggest the best areas to place the plants. Excellent service and expert advice on repotting my large houseplant, plus I could purchase all the supplies required at this lovely neighborhood shop! They stock a nice selection of beautiful, large pots.

Today I went to pick up all four of my plants, which I had left with them to be repotted. They destroyed all of my plants. They didn't finish the job until Wednesday. How did my plants die within two days? I paid 43 dollars, and after carefully assessing my plants at home, they are ruined. Something else must have happened when my plants were in their care; it's absolutely horrible. Please, whatever you do, DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PLANTS WITH THEM EVER.

And this is to say he called me was being mad rude on the phone i hung up. Then proceeded to text me. But I def saved the messages on my phone and blocked him as well. Will bever ever return. As a business owner not everyone will be pleased with your services get over it. Life goes on. Dont contact the customer being rude. That was very uncalled for. And looking at past reviews what they say are true.

Apologies for the blurry photos. I really enjoyed speaking with the staff. He helped me understand the best setting for the plants I was considering. You could tell he was busy but at the same time cares about the craft, and ensuring customers leave informed.

Wonderful garden spot! We were specifically looking for hot pepper plants, and they had a very large selection, and we found exactly the types we wanted and more. 🌶️
They also have some really cool exotic plants and literally every gardening accessory you could possibly need.

This is truly the most wonderful neighborhood plant shop. They even let you borrow a cart to bring your plants home! Nurain was incredibly kind and thoughtful—she explained how to care for my new plants, repotted them for me, and even gave advice on the ones I already had at home. I’ll definitely be coming back and love supporting amazing women like her.

I called Joel the Friday of a holiday weekend. I needed an irrigation system and wanted to move very quickly. Joel answered the call personally and we spoke about options. He was friendly, professional and helpful. Well, I’m sitting here a week later and the system is in and running. His team showed up exactly at the time they promised, we’re courteous and clean. They got the job done and got out. The whole process was very impressive and I would recommend them to anyone.

Joel did a beautiful job installing our irrigation system, it's invisible and works perfectly. He's great to work with--friendly, professional, and serious about his work. He wore a mask anytime he walked through the house to the backyard, and he cleaned up the yard and patio completely. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

A big thanks to Joel and his team at Sosa Irriscape - we now have a beautiful terrace to enjoy! I admit that we began this project confused and chaotic in our vision of what we wanted our outdoor space to be.
