We had a great experience working with Chase at Dragonetti on our outdoor terrace design. He created a spectacular environment of roses, hydrangeas, lavendar, trumpet vines and succulents on our 7th floor terrace. All of the gardening was done in containers and terracotta pots. He transformed our high rise terrace into a truly wild, fragrant and beautiful green oasis that is full of gorgeous color. I'll be using their services next spring as well. Highly, highly recommend Chase and Dragonetti.

Ordered a Christmas Tree from Dragonetti because my nearest street stand vendor is miles away, and I’m not into schlepping trees around anymore. It was pricier than picking one up on the street, but they literally dropped it at my front door, with complimentary candy canes (!), and the tree is the best one we’ve ever had. I’ve had terrible landscaping jobs in the past, But had a consultation with Anthony, and felt really confident that the work would be done to my expectations.

The crew came and manicured my hedges, most of which are spiraled. A few other companies have destroyed them in the past, but Edouardo was able to trim them to perfection.

Prompt, efficient and professional - from the estimate, to the removal and trimming of several trees, and the clean-up - all members of the team were respectful and friendly and they did a great job! We were very pleased and would highly recommend Dragonetti Brothers!

Had a great experience with them trimming some trees. Not so good when I tried to get a landscaping estimate. Someone came over and we discussed what needed to get done. Over a month later, and many phone calls and emails, still no estimate.

I had a project to remove and replace two small trees from my front garden and some maintenance for the pavers that Dragonetti installed a few years ago. I was visited by an arborist and by a designer. Each promised a proposal within two weeks. I never heard from them again. I guess if your project is not at big one they cannot be bothered. I am hiring another service instead.

I do not know what these other people are talking about... I had a huge tree growing through power lines removed from my backyard, along with 6 stumps that were ruining my grass. It was also a trip hazard. They showed up with a large crew to get the job done safely and quickly. When I went to look in the backyard not even a needle was on the floor it was as if the tree was never there. Price was better then other quotes I received and these guys are licensed and insured.

This is my third times we call Dragonetti Brothers the first one they design my garden absolutely beautiful and my second time we call them to add some cherry blossom tree to our garden until now my tree is the most beautiful tree on my neighbourhood This company does Phenomenal job this year we removed 10 huge tree with long branches allover my house they took them 3 hours to removed all of it and kept everything absolutely clean the way they handle everything is very professional the workers were extremely caution and safety from the beginning to the end and all the workers each one of the them are very respectful and friendly.. The Owner Antony & Nick there are the coolest people I met they explain you with detail how the job is going to be done also there assistant Alexander she very professional with explain you and schedule the date and time..... me and my family we very thank full for all the good work and we defently we will call you guys for our next project for our homes...

This 'company' was pruning trees on my block for a city contract. After cutting the trees the workers sat in their trucks in front of my house to eat lunch, which wouldn't be an issue if the workers did not take all of their fast food garbage and dump it out of the truck window onto my front lawn. I then asked the worker to pick up his garbage, which he did, but then took the bag of garbage and threw it under my car that was parked in front of my house. I contacted the office and was supposed to receive a return call the next day which never happened. I contacted the office again and they were nothing but rude and nasty. This is the company NYC gives contract to?! This company is terrible, DO NOT USE THEM! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Do not waste your time. Reached out the week prior to schedule a consultation. On the day if I called confirm that they would be coming and was told they will be there. Took the day off work and after the scheduled time I get a call from someone else saying that my location was too far.

Do not do business with people who do not value your time and are unprofessional. I had given them my address during the initial call and there no no issue then when it came to distance

Dragonetti worked on the landscaping of my rear yard by removing a tree, planting trees/plants, tree pruning and various other landscaping services. They were responsive to my concerns, on time, very professional and provided quality service. I plan to utilize there services again in the near future.

Terrible lack of care when it comes to other people's cars. Throw a mangy old tarp on a car and proceed to cut trees above the car? Letting branches and debris come falling down - instead of calling and asking to move the car - common sense. Keep in mind this is a private lot and assigned spot. Tried to call and speak to manager and make a complaint. Reception picked up heard my complaint and hung up. Didnt pick up afterwards. Terrible quality of service and rude employees. Def do not recommend.

Anthony came to my home to give me an estimate, professional and seems honest. Reasonable quote. Hope to work with them. I will let you all know how it goes.

Dragonetti removed a tree from my backyard in record time. They did it neatly and efficiently. They left no mess at all - cut the trunk to the ground. I was amazed that the job took so little time. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I called Dragonetti Brothers over two months ago. I had someone come over and take measurements as we discussed the backyard plan. I was promised an estimate within two weeks. Approximately 10 calls with a promise to be provided an estimate and several emails later, I still have not received a call back or an estimate. I had been patient and approached each call positively, only to be disrespected in this manner. This company is unreliable and caused delays in my backyard development.

I had a large tree cut down this morning they arrived on time the tree was about from my new pvc fence and in between con Edison power lines they were very professional and accurate with where all the limbs and branches were dropped they cut down the stump about a foot below grade and cleaned up like they were never there the price was right I would highly recommend them as far as my job it was a very positive experience

Dragonetti was amazing! When I was soliciting bids they were responsible and reasonable. Our designer and account rep was beyond resourceful and helpful. They executed everything professionally and timely and we could not be happier with the results!

Do not even try with these people. They are horribly disorganized. They'll reschedule. They'll cancel. They'll reschedule again. You'll call them the day before to confirm and they'll have no idea what you're talking about. You'll take the day off for them to do work, and they just won't come. It's amazing to me that a company this dysfunctional can exist in 2019. Unreal.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Dragonetti Brothers - Unprofessional, threatening

Absolutely appalling experience with Dragonetti Brothers Landscaping. They never showed up to the appointed.
Arrived unannounced midweek, ready to work in a yard already landscaped by another company (who I called after they went MIA).
When I explained another company came in after they ghosted, they used obscene language and threatened to come to my house and break down the door.

Don't waste your time -- there are plenty of reputable landscaping companies out there. This is not one of them.

I paid $300 for a clean up which I thought was a little much since I had previously paid for a spring cleanup, but the other company missed all of June. So it was just grass. But I went with it because I needed to have a Gardner in place. I was told they would come twice a month. I thought that the "twice a month" for July was included with that initial charge since they started on July 8. It wasn't. It took me many un-returned phone calls to find that out. And I was only able to verify that after I paid a visit to their company on Ralph Ave. There I was also able verify that they had passed me onto another company...who I have yet to hear from. So now I am back up to a month without any service. I feel really taken advantage of. I was surprised and disappointed as I went with Dragonetti because I thought you were a reputable company. You live and you learn!! I chose not to believe the bad reviews and took a chance. I shouldn't have!!

I waited 5days for our appointment , which seemed long. Ryan came out to view the project and said he would send via email the estimate and sketch within the next 10 days, This company never followed through. I called them after two weeks and was told they would have the estimate in another 3 days. It has been another two weeks and nothing. What a waste of time. I do not believe that I was the correct gender or of the preferred ethnicity to become their client. Outrageous.
