I had a great experience with Mann for a tear off and reroof job. The showed up a couple days earlier than estimated after calling to confirm. Started at 8 and were done by 3, taking great care of my property, doing exactly what was specified in the contract and more, looks great, cut grass two days after job and finding no debris - hard to do after a tear off. Respectful crew, will use again.

To say I am appalled with the experience working with this company is an understatement. My husband reached out in January looking for a quote for our popcorn ceiling to be removed in 2 rooms, and to have 6 lights and a new ceiling put into one of those rooms. When he received this estimate, he was told the project would take 2 days. When my husband scheduled the work to be done, he was again told it would be 2 days. On the day the work was scheduled to begin, I was told the workmen would be there at 9:30am. 2 hours later, at about 11:30am, 2 men finally showed up (after I had spoken to 2 people on the phone asking where their men were) and came into my home to measure, informing me for the first time in this process what all needed to be removed from the room. I told both of them individually that I would like one light switch put on the opposite side of the kitchen, to which they both said that could be done. They left shortly after and did not return that day. About an hour later, another man (who we later learned was Pat) showed up and told me he would be wrapping the room that day. This was the first time I was informed that our 2-day project will now be pushed out to 7 days, including work being done on a Saturday and Sunday being a day with no work. He said that men would return at 9:30am the next morning to begin. Pat then left and did not return that day, with absolutely no work having been done on Day 1.

On Day 2, workmen did not come to our home until about 10:15am. My husband spoke with all 3 workmen that day individually and told each one that we want one switch put in on the opposite wall of the kitchen for the lights. On Day 3, I came home to the electricians and asked them where the one extra light switch on the opposite wall will be going. They had no idea what I was talking about and stated no one told them we asked for this. Later that evening, we returned home again to find that there were THREE switches installed on the opposite wall, not ONE, and only 5 lights in the ceiling, not 6. Saturday came and went with no sign of Pat. On Day 7 (Tuesday), I returned home to Pat and CJ leaving. I caught them in the driveway and asked if everything was set, as they were taking the dumpster away. CJ told me tomorrow the work will be done. I then asked him about billing, to which he referred me to Pat, who said we would pay when the project is done. I said, “So tomorrow we should be ready to pay?” At this time, Pat said “No, I still have 2 more days.” On Day 8, we only had workmen in our home from about 11:30-2:00. When we questioned why it was such a short time, we were told there was an issue with the ceiling paint and that the 2 layers of primer and 3 layers of paint still wasn’t working.

The project was finally completed on Friday 3/7 (Day 10) and everything was cleaned up by 8pm. As Pat was leaving, he advised us that someone would be there the next day to pick up one last bag of trash left from the project. That trash bag sat on our porch until we finally disposed of it Tuesday night. That evening, my husband also received a phone call from Jeremy asking for payment. My husband informed him that I had surgery the day before and that he would like to set up a time next week to provide payment, once I was settled back home. Jeremy pressured my husband into meeting him the next day (3/12), despite the fact that our invoice said we had until 4/5 to pay, and as I stated, I was IN THE HOSPITAL. On top of all of this, the general disrespect for our home was disgusting. I have countless videos from our front doorbell showing the workmen consistently failing to latch our storm door, causing it to continuously swing back and forth and damage our door and outdoor light fixture.

Note: I reached out to them directly with these concerns and received no response. If you’re fine with a company that doesn't communicate, then I suggest them for their quality alone. Otherwise, seek elsewhere.

Mann Roofing helped us completely re-do our detached garage roof, initially done extremely poorly by another contractor. From my first outreach for an estimate all the way to project completion, they were extremely communicative and incredibly friendly. The crew did a fantastic job, worked efficiently, made sure we did a thorough inspection afterwards and cleaned up so well you never knew they were here! I’m so happy we went with Mann, so much so that they are going to do our main home roof next spring 😊 Looking forward to working with them again!

I hired Mann for a full tear off roof replacement on both my older Elmwood Village area roof and garage, as well as the upper porch balcony roof. They did such a phenomenal job from start to finish. I found that their team was highly efficient and well organized, highly skilled craftsman completing the job with excellence, and great value with a fair price for the excellent quality they offer. I’ve already referred Mann Roofing to family and friends and will continue to do so as the years go by. I will also personally hire Mann for any future roofing, siding, or window jobs I may have on any of my properties. Both of my immediate neighbors commented on how great of a company Mann was and how well they left my property and my neighbors properties clean and tidy after the job was complete as full tear off roofs do create a lot of debris and nails. The magnetic device that picked up all the nails was a really great touch also. I’m really happy I went with Mann and I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for roof, gutter, window, or siding work! Jeremy and his crew leader Miguel were awesome to work with, absolutely five stars in service and quality!

Mann Roofing and Remodeling Company blew our mind with their honesty and professionalism. From the beginning to the end of the contract they were very communitive with us. They explain every detail concerning the roofing repair. 1. They made our roof repair affordable. 2. They started the job immediately after our down payment were made. 3. When they started the repair they didn't stop until the roofing repair were finish. 4. Their roofing workers were kind and were very eagle to expain any question we may have had. And they were very hard workers. 5. The repair was finish in a timely manner. 6. All debris were removed from the premises immediately after repair were finish. I have never work with a company like this before. They followed thru with every single detail that were written in that contract. I told all of my friends about Mann Roofing and Remodeling company. They have my full recommendation of being an excellent and honest and very fair company to call if you need any type of roofing work done.

I could not be happier with the service and end result from Mann roofing. I had four different quotes initially. Jeremy was the only one that was thorough enough and got the measurements of each pitch right and what they needed material wise. I knew he was the right person for the job because it was evident he knew what he was talking about. He also cared about the aesthetic and helped guide us to a color we love. I really cannot recommend him enough.

I had Mann Roofing do a complete tear off and replacment of a 3 layer, damaged roof, with removal of 3 skylights that had been leaking for years. Jeremy (owner) and Jason (project manager) were very courteous and professional, and along with their crew, took what could have been a very stressful experience and eased my mind during the process. Even with the extra work involved with replacing damaged decking and supporting damaged joists, the final cost came in very close to the initial quote. I highly recommend them and plan on calling them for any additional work I need done around my house. Thank you

I had eight contractors to give me en estimate on replacing my roof. But, I had to go with Jeremy because he was the most honest person I spoke with and he is the owner of Mann. He did a great job explaining the whole process to me and gave me very good price. He is very knowledgeable and a guy of his word. Beside, Miguel and the whole crew they did amazing job on the project they were very detailed and organized. They had to replace 75 sheets of plywood and replace four skylights. Basically my roof been leaking for very long time and I just bought the house a month ago. Jeremy was very helpful regarding my situation and I will never forget his help. I will definitely recommend him to anybody for any job beside roofing. The whole crew did amazing job. Big thanks to all of you, my family and I appreciate it.

All I can say is WOW I was looking into getting prices for soil for some land I purchased ... after speaking to Miss. Diane F. Burger I was appalled how rude she was to me on the phone. I called to ask a few questions and when she told me the 2 different types of soil I replied "im not too sure what the difference is between the two of them" the call ended up hanging up ?? I called back she answered I asked if I was hung up on or maybe the signal was lost to give her the benefit of the doubt to brighten up her bad additude!! She said "well it was probably one of those"? Then a man got on phone after I spoke to her and I asked if this is how they treat there customers ? His reply was "your not a customer until you pay us" WOW ... when telling him how I will be giving them a bad review he asked me for my name so he can give me a bad review as a customer??? This is the 1st time I ever wrote anything bad about a company... Go elsewhere do not pay these bullies a dime !!!

CJ construction did a complete tear down and rebuild in our walk in shower. They were very professional and did a beautiful job with our shower! I added pictures to the photo gallery. I would highly recommend them!
